Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Bullhead City

Who the hell opens a restaurant but has nothing ready, no seriously 😳. Went to Popeyes to get lunch for 3 adults, when we arrived they were out of half of what we wanted and said it would be a 6 minute wait for strawberry biscuits. Ok no problem we decided to wait after 10 minutes they tell us it was going to be another six minutes 🥴 so we just asked for regular biscuits but those were a wait also 😭. I mean if anyone came through and ordered a quick lunch nothing was ready to go everything was a wait, we ordered 3 meals and everything was a wait for six minutes but when the six minutes was up it was another 6 minutes 😵. At this point I'm irritated because it was 6 minutes or 12 because after 10 it was another 6, see the irritation? I left the store before I said things that were not nice leaving my spouse to deal with it. No biscuit with the meals that came with biscuits, no strawberry or regular biscuits because they couldn't get them done in a timely manner (we waited 20 minutes for what food we did get) so they gave us apple pies and only lord knows how long they were sitting there. Thought Popeyes would pick up where KFC slacks but I guess they are just learning from them, we used to go here often but won't return for awhile if ever considering this hasn't been our first issue with them but do...

I don't even have the words to describe my disappointment tonight. I have ALWAYS enjoyed going to the Popeyes out here, over most the fast food places that we have. Tonight, however was a different story, I went to Popeyes as usual for some good ole fashioned CHEESY Mac and cheese, they were COMPLETELY out, which okay, I understand places run out of stuff no biggie. So, I looked over the menu and I seen they had garlic 🧄 parmesan wings 😋 my second favorite thing, I went ahead and ordered a 6 piece wing, got my wings and wanted to cry, COLD, SOGGY PIECES OF CHICKEN DRENCHED IN WAAAAAY TOO MUCH SAUCE 😔 Definitely not a happy customer tonight. I know how it is to work in fast food and I know there's nights that can be hard, but come on guys cold soggy chicken? I don't know if I'll be coming...

I went to Popeyes at about 11AM it had just recently opened and no one was there eating except the staff, the place was clean but it had just opened so I don't know how the place looks during a rush.

The service was good I forgot the young ladies name but she was nice and had excellent customer service, I got the 5pc chicken tenders with mashed potatoes, the Hawaiian Punch was very good not watered down, the combo meal was decent not amazing but nothing to complain about.

The Cinnamon Apple Pie on the other hand deserves some praise, they did need to make mine fresh since they were out but it was a good 30 mins before I got home to eat it anyway. It had plenty of cinnamon and sugar they don't short you on that, it was also flakey and light for sure the best hand pie...
