Wow , I should have listened to what people are saying about this placeit is absolutely positively terrible. My wife and I went through the drive through when we went to place our order. The lady immediately cut us off and stated that it would be at least 20 minutes. This was even before we ordered. I told her that would be fine we would wait. I proceeded to placethe order but was interrupted at least 4 times as she seemed upset or mad that we were actually going to order. Keep in mind this is 5:30pm! When we finally got to the window to pay , she was slamming drinks around and arguing was some guy by the name of john I believe? But this john guy also seemed like he was mad at the world. we pulled around and 24 minutes latter I went in to ask about our food? This John guy had a confused look on his face. Went back and then tossed me my food. For which was soggy, greasy and cold Except for the coldslaw it was warm. The Burlington Iowa long. John silver's A&W is most likely one of the worst experiences we have had in fast food. The lady at the window and I believe the manager name is john are truly disgruntled And the food was absolutely non. I've tried many times over the years to give this place a chance but today was the last straw. This particular business is incapable of getting an order right. They just don't seem to care. This has happened multiple enough times that to be honest its my fault. It's my fault for not checking the bag to make sure all the contents are there.
