Anglers Coffee — Restaurant in Burlington

Very disappointed with his coffee shop. My wife is a very good customer for this coffee shop. We literally live one minute away across the street. I think she goes there every day except Sunday. I decided to stop in because I ran out of coffee at my house so I ordered my stuff and I told her I’m gonna pre-pay for my wife and my daughter‘s drinks gonna be like six drinks total and then I hear her open the Red Bull containers. I asked her what are you doing? I said they’re gonna come pick it up. She gave me some attitude and said how much supposed to know who they are first of all they know who she is second who cares who it is how many people are going to go there and say I want a free drink from Pete no one is so I just drove off her customer service was very bad with the attitude she gave me and I was gonna pay for everything and give her a good tip cause I tip well I will never go to that place again ever I can’t stop my wife to go there. I wish I could , but it’s so convenient for her to get coffee there in the morning for her and Red Bulls for the kids and by the way I’ve done it before where I prepay for drinks not sure what here...

Have been going and getting a drink here for a couple of days now, barista in the morning has been great but yesterday I got a different barista around 1:45 and she decided to take the liberty of taking extra money as a tip on my card even after ive been writing total amount legibly on the receipts. My transactions have been the same previously so the audacity, lack of respect and professionalism from this barista is insane. I was a barista for years and never thought it'd be okay to help my self even if receipts weren't filled out or i received no tip. I attempted to call the shop multiple times and got no answer or option for voice-mail. Please educate your barista on morals and having respect, very unfortunate and the entitlement is crazy. Usually I am pretty satisfied with the service I receive. Most girls are amazing to suggest drink flavors. There is this one girl that's kinda oafish and doesn't have the best customer service but I just brush it off that's shes young. Tonight at 440 I drive up wait a few mins and no one is coming to the window. No sign anywhere of hours. I drive to the other window and look, nothing then 2 girls are walking back from the gas station and say sorry we are closed. I drive off look at Google and it says that the stand closes at 5. But yet I was shooed off at 445 before closing. And low and behold is the girl with not so great...
