Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Burlington

My rating is Exclusively for the GM owning and attempting to resolve a would have been Headquarters Call! I called a order in, the guy answering the phone was clearly untrained and uncaring. He answered as if it were his house phone and then had an attitude when i offered my name and order with him saying, "I'm waiting and ready Whenever you are!" 30 minutes later i still hadn't gotten my food, and they are only across the street. I called back and they said it should be otw. Another 15 minutes passed making my wait from original call 45 minutes, like ordering a pizza on a1 hour lunch break smh. I called again(3rd call now) and asked to speak with manager, the GM Mike got on phone and sincerely apologized and let me know that a very large group had come in and that my next order he would take care of. I called today for that next order and Mike remembered me and Hand Delivered to me himself and would Not accept a tip! That rekindled my love for that...

Amazing sandwiches made super fast. The only place that's close to as good as the sandwiches here is Firehouse Subs. (Jimmy John's & Firehouse Subs are my two favorite sub places) The bread here is incredible and super yummy and the bread is in a league of it's own! I recommend the gargantuan add bacon. Super fresh deli style pickles here too and I usually get one cut in fourths so make sure you get a pickle with your sandwich when you order cause it goes great together. If money is an issue for you don't come here cause the prices here are a little high by some people's standard however the quality and freshness here makes the food worth every penny in my opinion. And if you like mustard try their jimmy mustard (It's like grey poupon mustard made with whole mustard seeds) on your sandwich. Super clean dining room and very clean bathrooms. The food was amazing, the staff are fantastic, I had no problems with the order itself. The only problem I had was, and I know this is gonna be a weird thing to complain about, when they finish the sandwiches and put them on the pickup shelf they put them in the bag to where the sandwiches are standing on end. Because of this all of the juices in the sandwich rush to that end of the sandwich soaking it and I get a giant soggy glob on one end of my sandwich. I know this is weird thing to complain about but sometimes it takes me a bit to get from my office to the store and the sandwich just sits there getting soggier and soggier on one end of the thing.
