Update: so i gave this location another chance and let me tell you, the servers are at least polite now, however I need help understanding this one thing... why the hell are sauce packets more valuable than gold? If you ask me if id like sauce with my nuggets and I like the other billions and billions served usually reply to with a "yes, BBQ" or some facsimile there in one could assume to put freaking BBQ sauce in the bag. Then I would say something like "may I have some extra sauce, I know that I have to pay more for that" one would assume that you can now charge your customer for extra sauces thus making some money. You'd be so wrong. The unabashed value of these gold laden sauces is that of such economic prowess that the standard 2 for a ten piece and 3 for a twenty piece (explain how 2-10 3-20 makes sense) has now ascended to 0-10 and now I owe you a sauce for a 20 piece. You guys have managed to make it to a new and startling level of the business sector... You have actually stayed the same amount terrible for years! The fact that you would ever assume that anyone wants the nuggets without the sauce is straight stupid. If anything you should add sauces to bags at random to encourage people to try your new flavors or burn stock you have too much of. Instead you live up to the amazing reputation of complete ineptitude and continue the suck festival that is the very example of what I teach my child failure looks like. I'd call ice age management but judging from the dilapidated sun bleached sign haphazardly hanging by five year old scotch tape from the window that your office has a 90% chance of being an uncleaned exterior restroom of a truck stop shell station. Jesus people, get it together and give a damn. Twenty- minute drive through with only 5 cars, spent 5 dollars got the wrong order, valued at about 1 dollar. Didn't have time to go back and get the right food. You are a slow, incompetent, and terrible location as you continually screw up my food and ruin my lunch breaks. You know who doesn't? The burger king across the street. I don't mind the 20 minute fast food that Chili's delivers faster, I care that it took that long and the gaggle of morons that work there can't get an ordering system that they do...
Read moreWould give no stars if i could. Totally appalled!!! I sat in the drive thru line for 20 minutes. Placed my order, waited another 10 minutes. Then when I finally got to the pickup window I was told I would have to wait for my 2 bacon egg biscuits. I waited about 8 minutes. Got my bag filled to the brim. Every Thing was shoved in the bag. Sandwiches squished. Got home and I'm missing my bacon egg biscuits. Called manager to let them know I would be coming in on Monday to get my money back due to the fact that I live 20 minutes away. Manager copped an attitude with me and stated that I " should have checked the bag". Unless I completely take all items out while in my car to check and possibly spill or make a mess it is impossible. There were 7 large items stuffed into a medium sized bag. As a paying customer I should not need to dig thru my bag to see if the company I am paying for service did their job. The customer, should not be blamed. Manager was extremely unprofessional. I am done with Mcdonalds. Worse service ever!! Rude and unprofessional people running this location. I even wrote in a complaint to corporate the day it happened. I have yet to here a response. So I don't think it is just this location. If corporate does not care about...
Read moreWent through the drive through Saturday morning, not really busy. When I pulled up to the window the lady at the window yelled at me "condiments"?, I was surprised and replied, excuse me? She yelled again, "condiments, you know ketchup, so on". My reply was simply...with coffee? Coffee was all I ordered. She told me that was not what I ordered. Now I'm pretty sure I didn't have a stroke while waiting in line, I know what I ordered! She with a huff made my coffee, another employee walked up and she started complaining about "too many orders and too many customers". Asked for my receipt and felt like I asked someone to co sign on a loan, did not go over well with her as she rolled her eyes. Spoke with the Manager Teresa, no help whatsoever and borderline rude! Been going to Burger King across the street, what polite kind people there!!!!! Too many orders huh, maybe everyone should try Burger King and give the girl at the drive through a break! They value their customers at Burger King and smile and say thank you, please...
