Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Burnsville

This is an order of Cheesy Stuffed bread(3 ea.order) the marinara it comes with. 2 standard 6.00 cheese pizzas, and a stuffed crust pizza with blk olives, and mushrooms. Now, I get it not being fresh mushrooms. I also get few olives..BUT, this has got to be 3 small blk olives and 1/4 can of the smallest can of mushrooms you can buy. Plus, the sadly stuffed crust..."Little Caesar's" please bring the quality up even if it's another dollar lol..I remember the days where "pizza, pizza" meant you got 2 for 1 pizzas. Then there's the matter of trying to place an order. Whether it be online or on the phone. Online-an hour later still no order because yes, it'll take your card and you accept all the conditions of allowing spam and more to your email. Yet, order STILL doesn't go through. Then, you TRY to call to place your order. Lol! After calling 3x and getting some weird automated messages, trying to literally get rid of you. Sending you to this or that mailbox.. NEVER giving you a real person that answers the phone. Ohhh... Little caesar's why? Do you not want the customers? We finally gave up and just drove, ordered and waited! Not what you want when it's dinner, a pandemic and more. Love your pizza crust and other things, but idk that the hassle is worth saving dollars when you're talking time, stress, gas, and cheap toppings or cold pizza by the time you get it home. You're not saving...

I placed an order for 8:30pm tonight and I ordered the Italian cheese bread, the stuffed cheesy bread with just a cheese pizza, my first problem was we didn’t get the crazy sauce aka the marinara sauce, I know it’s meant to come with the stuffed cheesy bread but oh well people forget right? Wrong they messed up the entire order, the Italian cheese bread wasn’t cooked correctly, it’s just a whole bunch of uncooked dough in the middle. We didn’t get the crazy sauce for the 3 pieces of stuffed cheesy bread and to top it all off our cheese pizza was somehow not cooked all the way as well. I’ve been trying to ring the store for 11 minutes now. I’ve been getting the ringing and the little message telling me to order online for 11 minutes and no one has answered. This was supposed to be me and my fiancées dinner after a long day of work and we can’t even eat it because it’s not cooked all the way and no ones answering to resolve this matter. I want my money back.

Update: Went to the store since they were not answering the phone and they were closed. It is 9:12pm and it says they are open until 10pm, better yet I called the corporate number and they are also gone for the day. Only Monday thru Friday, select times. What??? Guess I have to just throw the food out and hope on Monday they will give me a refund since I’m not about to have uncooked food sit in my fridge...

I ordered online picked up my food got home and my pizza was wrong and it looked like slop. I called about my pizza and agreed to go back and get my corrected order. When I got there I opened the pizza box and told the employee I order my pizza with no sauce. I also mentioned that the pizza was gross and resembling slop. I told him I once managed a Little Caesar's and I would have never allowed a pizza that looked like that to leave my restaurant. He grabbed the box from me went in the back and very angrily he tossed it into a garbage can and mouthed off about me in Spanish. At this point I'm sitting in a chair playing with my phone waiting for my food. He comes back up front and tells me I need to loose the attitude and be respectful. He started asking me if I wanted his name and the corporate number. Telling him the pizza I received resembled slop must have made him angry as I was just sitting there. The dude seemed mental unstable. I feared he was going to do something to my food so I asked for a refund and left. After he issued my refund he walked away again mouthing off about me in Spanish. I will never go back!!! Any business that would keep a nasty employee such as that young man as an employee does NOT deserve my...
