"REGRETS, I HAVE A FEW"
Honestly, I truly do not know how or where to begin! IF you have driven by one of Noodles & Companies many locations (Burnsville, EAGAN, Chanhassen, or Richfield to name a few) but for whatever reason found yourself just driving by without considering giving them a try, STOP IN and try their Pad Thai. I had been driving by N&C on my way to, Wendy's, McDonalds, or Taco Bell, to name a few for the longest time (far too long) before deciding to stop in and give them a try. Whether it be for brunch, lunch, or dinner (they open at 10:30 a.m.), you ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY, will not be disappointed, I promise! EVERYTHING, I MEAN EVERYTHING on the Noodles & Company Menu is delightfully delicious! Giving a five-star review for Food, Service, AND Atmosphere seems a bit unrealistic, but it is a fair and most accurate rating I could provide you. They don't just serve up great pasta dishes, but their Mediterranean (Med Salad) and BBQ Salads are so delicious and so big I have dubbed them my, "Now & Later Meal Deal."
Oh, hey, when you stop in to try the Pad Thai or one of their NOW and LATER delicious salads, tell David, Anika, Huter, and Abel Kathryn says hello and that she will see you tomorrow. Thank you so much for all the great anytime, all the time, EVERY TIME fabulous service you extend to me consistently....
Read moreIt's in the little things... We don't eat out much. For a family of 6 in this economy it just doesn't fit our budget. So when we DO it's for a birthday/celebration and today was no different.
We ordered 4 adult entrees and 4 kids meals and one of the kids meals was missing a side (krispie). This stuff happens...I get it...and normally I wouldn't drive all the way back but it was for my daughter so I did.
I called ahead, and when I showed up, the lady behind the counter was going to offer me a large/normal sized krispie for my trouble. That would have been a kind/right customer service response. But the guy behind her told her to 'just give me one of the kids-size'. Again, this wasn't 'wrong' but shows where the corporate mentality is. It certainly doesn't encourage a return visit (think like how Chick Fil A generally operates with its customer-first service.)
With the extra 25 minutes of driving for a measly krispie (and this one was tiny compared to the others my other kids had) it just left a bad taste in my mouth. Take it for what it's worth.
Now for the good news, happy and full tummies, and the pad Thai was delicious. Too bad the customer service is the negative memory...
Read moreWe made our order around 7:30pm on a Friday night, so we figured they may still be busy, but were hoping we missed the worst of it. My husband got there about 10 minutes after when we were supposed to pick our order up and they hadn't even started it. They were out of shrimp (which they can't help) but they threw something cooked in a different sauce in the pad thai. My spaghetti was basically just a bowl of plain noodles and meatballs, hardly any sauce. Plus the third dish we ordered had chunks of burnt something and the whole dish just tasted like char (Japanese pan noodles) and was so dry it was inedible. Complete waste of money. Won't be going back to this location.
Eta: went to finish my leftovers the next day and found this chunk of plastic or something in it. Lovely....
