4/16/23 Update - currently sitting in the drive-thru line. It’s been 20 minutes and I’ve barely moved. This location has the worst drive-thru imaginable. People are trying to cut in from all directions. It is an absolute cluster. 5/14 Update - Stopped at this Raising Cane's location again today. My wife and I were picking up lunch for my son. It was around 12:30 P.M. so I expected it to be super busy. When we arrived the line was not too busy at all. For anyone familiar with this location we were able to navigate the first hairpin turn into the drive-thru lanes. There were maybe ten cars in each lane but we figured that meant about a 15-20 minute wait. It ended up taking 48 minutes to get to the food window and we still had to wait a bit to get our order. In my opinion about 90% of the blame is the restaurant not getting the food ready in a timely manner. To add insult to injury, the chicken tenders were dry and over-cooked and I ordered two Unsweetened Iced Teas. When when window person handed the drinks down I asked her if she was sure they were unsweetened to which she replied "yes". Well, they weren't! Not a huge deal except can't have the sugar. The most infuriating thing is waiting for nearly an hour just to get a messed up order with burnt food
ORIGINAL REVIEW: In articles leading up to the much anticipated opening a lot was said about how well the drive-thru traffic would be managed. Well, in my opinion they failed again. Miserably! The path requires at least two hairpin turns to navigate to the ordering station. I saw multiple cars in front of me having to back up and adjust to the sharp turns. While the food is always good the wait during busy times is ridiculous and not worth it...
Read moreRidiculous experience today thats worth sharing. So far waiting behind the person in front for going on 26 minutes now. Raising canes was turning away customers during the rainstorm, during this time they stated they needed time to shelter in place. There were employees outside smoking while I waiting the 15 minutes they asked for, upon watching them turn away 6 more cars they reopened the line. After reopening the line we are now at 29 minutes and the car in front of Me waiting. It absolutely blows my mind that management at the establishment here can not use the down time appropriately to prep of you can see through the windows no one was sheltered and standing around laughing and drinking sodas texting in the lobby. I can't imagine the business was expected to be ran this way. When I went to find out who the manager was working this shift the employees were stocking things in the lobby that was locked and refused to open the door so I went back through the drive through. I'm now almost at an hour spent here and I'm trapped and frustrated, I wouldn't visit this place if your life depended on it based off my experience today. After waiting in drive through I calmly explained to gi-gi the manager that I'm going on about an hour since my arrival and explained I had tried to get her employees attention at the door and they had ignored me. I got a sorry, not im gonna head home and cook some dinner. What...
Read moreThe location is nice, but the food was so so. It's not like how it used to be at other locations. But maybe I just came here on a bad day. On a positive note I loved the restaurant itself. I loved the open windows, but you still have your privacy. I was able to get a table outside on a beautiful evening. It was very loud as you could hear the people from inside, but definitely less noise outside. Well, it was busy at the restaurant, but we stood around the counter and the employees were just meandering around and did not greet us at all. We stood there for a good few minutes until someone finally asked us if we had been helped. Still took someone a hot second to come and ring up our food. Our food did not take too long to come out. I want to say about five minutes give or take for a 6 piece chicken tenders with fries and Texas toast. My boyfriend and I shared the basket and both of our first bites of chicken were rubbery. More than half the basket was rubbery chicken. It was like chewing on a tire. It was horrendous. We had about 2.5 chicken pieces that were normal. Chicken shouldn't be rubbery like that. Oh and the trash outside was filled to the rim. You had to go inside to throw away all your trash. To leave on another positive note and considering how busy they were inside they managed to keep it clean. There was a young gal who was wiping the counter and area where you get...
