Taco Bell — Restaurant in Calera

Hey, I mean it's Taco Bell, it's not the best but it's not the worst, just your typical fast food restaurant. The one being praised for most people going to and then going to the bathroom shortly after, what a wet dream..

Food: Standard menu over time, they come out with limited time items like the new Cantina Chicken Taco and other meals along with it, their Chipotle sauce is their signature sauce and is a must try, it's permanent too so don't worry too much about it going away.

Service: It was good, they were nice to us and as about as average as you're gonna get. Locations may vary and you might get some employees get mad at you for no reason at other Taco Bells. They no longer sell water cups for free since people have been getting sodas instead of water which is kinda sad.

Atmosphere: Taco Bell has a simple but yet outdated but the business doesn't have a lot of money, not a lot of service, they are simply just doing what they are doing. The interior has grown on me and will slowly diminish in likeness over time but hey enjoy while it lasts. There are outside seating in case you wanna feel the breeze as well as kiosks inside the store for any introverts not wanting to talk to anybody for...

Yeah just super rude woman on the drive thru, I had to go back once because my chalupa was solid as a rock and my chips and cheese were stale and cold. I pulled up and told her what was up and her response was "all of our food is fresh made so none of your stuff is stale"...? Okay.. but I know what I'm tasting and looking at. But I digress, I get the new chalupa, get home, and this time it's soft alright. It's drenched in tomato juice on the paper and the actual chalupa itself. I called to tell them about this because.. I'm not going back there again LMAO and she was VERY rude in a bigger font this time because she wasn't looking at me in my face. "Your food is fine and no one was rude to you" and then she hangs up in my face. I just don't recommended going here anymore, new building...

The food was great obviously it’s Taco Bell however the ladies working the window was extremely rude. I ordered a Dr. Pepper with my meal and specifically said “no ice” they put ice in it which really wasn’t that big of a deal and just asked to see if the receipt said “no ice” which it did not. I really was just going to take the drink since it was correct on the receipt but the younger lady working chimed in with an attitude and said “You didn’t say no ice” and then the older lady said “that’s why you check the screen before you pull off” that was a completely unnecessary comments from the both of them.
