It's obvious that management don't read these reviews from the absence of any responses to these reviews. Sara did an excellent job when we stopped by for an early dinner on a Friday. There are no negative stars so I gave them the least I can. The entrance is dark and poorly lite. If I wasn't told that there were stairs I probably would have tripped down them. There is a sign warning about them but you have to be less than two feet tall to see it as it is posted to the side. This is a place for a younger crowd as there is a lot of noise and TVs. We sat for 40 minutes before we could order and get water. Then the waitress, not Sara, finally took our order. When the food wes delivered we had to ask for everything. Catsup, mustard, hot sauce, napkins, refills on water and soda, coffee, cream, salt & pepper, and had to stop the waitress every single time to get something. We were seated right in the main path and there were at least six servers constantly passing our table all the time. I had to constantly ask for stuff. When they did bring out condiments they were served in little cups that held less than one ounce each, We had burgers and fries so I had to keep asking for more catsup. The burgers were done to our liking but were so greasy that I had to use at least a dozen napkins. The food was hot but had little flavor or seasoning. When time came to pay the bill we had to wait 20 minutes and finally had to ask for it. We had been there three years ago and the total experience was very pleasant. The menu is rather limited now and not very detailed as to what you get. If you don't have 2 1/2 hours to eat a burger and fries then go someplace else. This particular restaurant is super close to her home in Manteca so I came down to surprise her from Sacramento CA. We initially just wanted to try the new holiday Christmas drinks but it turned out once we attempted to order drinks all those holiday drinks were discontinued at this location. Go figure
About our experience: so our server Adrianna P was cool, seemed very nice and helped us figure out the menu pretty quickly. The atmosphere was overall okay although the music could have been just a tad bit louder, Me and my guest felt like we could hear everyone's conversations around us. The plastic or cardboard menus were greasy and had a few sticky/gum like textures on them in spotted areas which grossed us out a little and our table/seats had an odd odor coming from them like dirty towel water or something. There was also still some crumbs on the table. Not sure how to suggest advice for this, but could be easily fixed if some details are more paid attention to. Me and my guest initially intended on having a full meal, dessert and more than one drink but with all these errors we were ready to go after 1 blue Hawaiian LIT which tasted like straight juice no alcohol each+1 order of spinach dip+kids chicken Alfredo to go for my 3 year old at home. Underwhelming to say the least. The dip could have been better/hotter.
Overall I'll consider coming back to this location Maybe in a few weeks/month from now and see if there were any changes myself, as for now this will not be my first...

It started off fineātook about 20-30 minutes to get my food, which wasnāt bad at all. But I ordered a medium steak, and they brought me one that was completely well done. I figured maybe they gave me someone elseās food or misheard my order, so I let my server know. She was really nice and apologized, which I appreciated. At this point, I wasnāt even upsetāI know mistakes happen.
Then 25 more minutes go by, and my food still isnāt out. Meanwhile, everyone at my table had already finished eating, and I was just sitting there waiting. I mentioned it to my server again, and she was still very apologetic, but it still took another 5 minutes before they finally brought my food out.
Before I even cut into it, I could already tell it was overcooked again. Sure enough, well done⦠again. At this point, I was over it. I called the manager over and just asked for the check and to take my food off the bill. She didnāt even ask what happened or whyājust said, āYeah, sure,ā and walked away. No apology, no effort to fix it, nothing.
The only person who actually seemed to care was my server. She was really nice and kept apologizing even though it wasnāt her fault. But between waiting over an hour for a steak I never even got cooked right and the manager acting like they didnāt care at all, I doubt Iāll be coming back...
