Today was another bad experience from this place. Went there after 4pm and it was dead slow with only two people infront, and still had to wait on them until they wanted to give me any attention or service. I always thought customers came first, not all their personal chatting. I ordered one Beef bowl and chicken burrito. The beef looked really dried and over cooked as well as the chicken. It looked like since they were really slow they must of have had that food sitting there for quite a while. The service and food quality was very poor at that time and there was no manager around to complain to. I learned my lesson, Never to go there when they're slow. The food and service is probably better during lunch or dinner hours when everything looks fresh and there's plenty of help around. I probably won't be going there anytime soon and rather go to King Taco where food and service is always 100% great. Shame Shame on Chipotle, they're going to be extinct if they're like that...

My order was completely wrong, The label on the top of the bowl had the right items, but inside the bowl was something completely different, including the missing guacamole (that I paid extra for). I called the store immediately and after explaining what happened with my order, their customer representative told me that they couldn't issue a refund (which I wasn't expecting) or re-do my order and send it my way (which I thought was the logical solution), only offer for me to go an pick up my order...defeating the whole purpose of ordering delivery online. Read moreThis Chipotle has the worst customer service ever. Came in at 6:30 p.m. employees standing around on their phones while I stood at the counter waiting to be helped. After being acknowledged after a couple minutes I got the eye roll with the slam down of the phone as if I came in 2 minutes before closing.
About a month ago I went in 1 hour before closing a couple employees were cleaning the rest were on their phones, me and my friend ordered we sat down to eat they apparently didn't want anybody in there, they brought out a portable speaker and proceeded to turn it on as loud as possible to where me and my friend had to yell to have a conversation.
Obviously there's no management at night as the employees stand around openly on their phones and all...
