These associates are rude and overcharged me and wouldn't give me the change that I had coming to me. I had to have them make my order as I'd requested when I gave them the incorrect order back to them. I had to pay the extra .29 cents each. for 4 of the sausage, egg and cheese with biscuit sandwiches. I'd already paid for original order so I was charged $2 for the extra it cost me for correcting my order. I didn't get change back for which I should only of pd. about .32-.33 cents each of the 4 sandwiches and that the tax added into the .29 cents. When I asked for my change I was very rudely advised that there won't be any change. Look, I already went through the drive up 3 times. Then to top that off, they never gave me the hashbrowns with my order too boot. (but I was never charged for them to begin with) I am very disappointed with my two experience in a weeks time and how rudely and dishonestly Erica, associate that conversed with me twice, treated me. My business with this store isn't going to bother them if I stop going there but I may have to think it over about going to any other store from here on out. I usually do check my orders but I did on this pick up. Read moreBeen coming here for a long time because I worked nights so this is just my late night experience. The staff is fine no complaints there. If you come after 11pm be prepared to wait 30m-1hr in drive thru because it seems like they have just two workers. In my experience jack in the box is not open 24hrs because more than just this store is closed when I come in around 3am. They always say their system is down or updating. So imo if you can’t place an order they are not open 24hrs. You would think tho because they are one of the few places open after 11pm and obviously very busy, they would capitalize on that and staff up. Many and I say many customers just drive off because fool me once and you get stuck in drive thru forced to wait it out. you lose the customer next time they come and see cars pile up in drive thur. Read morePlace a A DoorDash order to this restaurant on 11/10 at 10:50 PM – driver arrived at the store through the drive-through and there was seven cars in front of him. 15 minutes later text me to notify me that there were still five cars ahead of him and that he would let me know as soon as he was to the window. 10 minutes later driver messaged me to inform me that he still have not made it to do window. I asked him how many cars he had in front of him he still said two A couple minutes go by and he finally arrives to the window where he sits for another 10 minutes without any employee acknowledging that he was at the window. He showed me a picture, he honked the horn, knocked on the window, and nobody answered. After about 10 more minutes the driver messaged me back once again notifying me that they had supposedly ran out of food and didn’t let him know.
