I had a very unpleasant experience at this Subway shop that I feel compelled to share.
Cleanliness was appalling. Every table was dirty, many still had trash and leftover food on them, and one was literally covered in ants. The floor was filthy as well. It's unacceptable for any food establishment to be in this condition. When I politely brought this to the attention of the two staff members, they didn’t even acknowledge my complaint—just stared at me. One of them appeared to be the manager, as she was giving orders to the other staff member but made no effort to help or address the situation herself. Even as the line grew to eight people, she stood behind the counter doing nothing, staring at her phone. Meanwhile, the only working staff member was clearly overwhelmed. The complete lack of cleanliness and customer service made this one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. I won’t be returning, and I’d caution others to think twice before...
Read moreThis is the second time I have placed a to-go order with the intent of it being a quick in and out visit and nothing has been ready. Last time this happened the same guy was working and he made my sandwich after asking if I had a to-go order. This time there were many people in line and the guy emerged from the restroom, completely unbothered. I waited another 10 minutes and he asked "do you have a to-go?" to which, I replied "yes". He then started making other customers orders even though I was passed the promised "ready to go" time for my order. I have a small child and I dont have time to wait around or stand in line. There is no point in offering to go if you don't prioritize or pay any attention to the orders. I wont go back to...
Read moreThey r finally open! Wish they weren't tho....then I wouldn't have stopped in and got attitude from the young lady working or a horribly soggy toasted sub. The whole experience was lame. The girl working seemed irritated when I asked to have my sub toasted longer. Then she seemed even more irritated when I asked for a bag for my footlong sub bag of chips and side of dressing. She couldn't even b bothered to fully wrap my sub up before she tossed the bag at me. Great, I'll just finish doing her job. Worst customer experience. Oh yeah, the sub isn't good either.
