I was treated kindly as I ordered a crepe. It was my mistake and I did not ask “are the strawberries accompanying the nutella crepe fresh or jarred?” I really was hoping they were fresh, made more sense to me at the time, turned out to be packaged strawberries in a syrup. For someone like me, that just will not work. I dumped my crepe because it just tasted nasty, I was hoping for something simple, instead it was just unappealing. Next visit I specifically ordered without strawberries as to avoid additional money lost for an unfed me and it was decent. Vibe is nice. Can get busy. I was there at slow times so I cannot comment on the busy season wait time. Also I was served with a smile by the cashier so that part was decent too. Will be back to try beverages and pastries. - ps people, this is NOT starbucks, stop having unreasonable expectations and stop calling employees “clueless” etc… ☺️

I’ve been in here a few times and every time the staff is so horrible rude. I watched one customer walk up and politely ask if her drink was ready because she had been waiting a while and the employee said “if you don’t see your drink, then obviously your drink isn’t ready.” Then my drink took about 20 minutes so I decided to walk up and check to see if it was ready and she handed me the wrong drink and said “it’s been up here for a long time. Why didn’t you grab it sooner?” Then I read the name on the side of my cup and it said “caramel macchiato”.. which isn’t what I ordered. I decided not to complain and drank it anyways. But bottom line is every single time, the girls who work here are disrespectful. The girl at the register had tons of hickies and wouldn’t say you’re welcome every time a customer happily said “thank you!” I wish I could give this place a higher review but I felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome in there, and the drinks are really weak. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Ordered a matcha coffee, and it was absolutely disgusting—so bitter it was undrinkable. When we politely asked for some milk to fix it, the barista acted annoyed and dismissive, as if basic customer service was too much to ask.

As we were leaving, I waited to throw something away while she was changing the bin bag. Instead of just letting me wait a second, she rudely snapped at me to use another bin. Then, she told us to move our chairs—despite them already being in place—just to be difficult. Her attitude was shockingly unprofessional.

For those visiting, the employee in question was a young woman, with red hair and an unwelcoming attitude. If this is how customers are treated, she shouldn’t be working here. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being treated poorly. Really immature teenager and our whole group of seven and sitting customers were shocked by this behaviour. Will be taking...
