I recently had a delightful time at The Cadillac Cowboy. This cowboy-themed restaurant offers some tasty ribs, enjoyable drinks, a lovely lake view, and attentive service. It's definitely worth checking out for a fun dining experience in Lake Arrowhead!
Food: The ribs were flavorful and tender. The meat had a nice balance of juiciness and tenderness, and the BBQ sauce provided a pleasant tang. The Nashville chicken sandwich was seasoned well, tender, and packed with flavor. The generous amount of pickles added a tangy kick that complemented the sandwich perfectly.
Ambiance: The restaurant's location by the lake provides a serene and picturesque view, which definitely adds to the overall dining experience. Next time I will come back at sunset to enjoy the outdoor eating patio.
Service: The staff was attentive, friendly, and took good care of us throughout our visit.
I’d say definitely give it a try and enjoy a solid dining experience with a touch of...

And for someone who has Texas blood running thru his veins, pulled pork needs to be put in front of me when requested!😄 I settled for the brisket, which was pretty good. The jumbotron was playing a lot of great music from the 80's. George Strait, Waylon Jennings, Clint Black, Alabama, and others. Some good modern country like Luke Combs, Darius Rucker, ... As I sat having lunch and my liquid physiotherapy, I was observing the staff hustle to get order out of the kitchen and off the bar. This crew looks to be pretty tight, like a primo ranch outfit. My hats off to Elisa my bartender. She not only worked behind the bar, but also made her presence known amongst the clientele serving all that she could from the kitchen. Bravo! Sono rimasto molto colpito dalla dedizione di tutti. (Look it up) I'll be back soon to indulge in some Codigo añejo. ci vediamo...

The pulled pork turned out to be a bit of a workout—chewy, fatty, and not in that “melt-in-your-mouth” way. Fries showed up cold, like they’d been ghosted by the fryer. The chicken sandwich was decent, but the Memphis sauce had some kind of mystery note that I couldn’t quite place—maybe “confusion with a hint of regret”?
The hero of the day: the mac n’ cheese. Creamy, cheesy, and honestly the best thing we ordered (besides the drinks). Speaking of drinks, the bartender crushed it—friendly, fast, and clearly holding this place together.
If they tighten up the food game to match the service, this spot could really shine. Until then… go for the drinks and mac, maybe...
