Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Camden

Every single time I've ordered from here, I ask for extra cheese. Do I ever get extra cheese? Not by a long shot. I don't know what they consider "Extra", but I think they maybe add 1 single extra shred of cheese.

Typically, the speed of delivery is also far beyond what they estimate. I watch the driver on GPS dropping a million other meals off before ever getting to mine. I understand that drivers need to make multiple deliveries, but not so many that the pizza LEAVES the store 45 minutes after placing the order and then taking another 30-45 minutes BEING DELIVERED, only for it to taste like stiff cardboard when it FINALLY arrives.

This location is just terrible. Absolutely terrible. I legitimately do not understand any of the positive reviews. I find it astounding. Especially because the first few times, I figured they were just having bad nights. Maybe extra busy. And I've given them AT LEAST 6-7 more tries. Obviously I'm a moron for doing so, but I've always liked Dominos cheese and just kept hoping it would improve. But no. Just never does. I think it's a systemic problem with how this location is run.

I've sense stopped ordering from them and have switched to Pizza Hut. Best move I've ever made. Can not recommend ordering Pizza Hut enough. Especially if you are also tired of this location constantly dropping the ball.

We got pizza from here last week and it was so well made! I showed up early and they accommodated my order to get in the oven since I was waiting. They were super busy which is a good sign. Who makes the pizza really makes a difference in whether the pizza is yummy or not. The portion of sauce and cheese really matters. We usually go to Harrington, which is hit or miss, I think they let anyone make the pizza there. The pizzamaker in Camden deserves a raise! Plus while waiting there, there was a young man waiting to start working there for his first day. I was very impressed with how the other staff and manager interacted with him. I have two kids on the spectrum, and could kinda tell that this young man was probably on the spectrum too. No one called him weird or rolled their eyes when he got excited or gave them the thumbs up. it's nice to see people act like adults and not knock someone down because they're a lil different. I appreciate them hiring people on the spectrum, I know their social skills aren't always on par but a job is a quick way to learn...

The delivery is always a good experience with delicious hot food and courteous drivers.. We have been ordering every Saturday since the pandemic however recently very bad customer service from the manager. Now my home address is barred from delivery . My 18 year old guest had her check withheld for 6 weeks and we went in to get it because they kept forgetting to mail it. Terrible way to treat employees. And now my husband and I can’t order pizza because my address is blocked . So in a nutshell no one in my household can order pizza and neither will the people who buy our home, even though we’ve given this branch pizza orders every Saturday for over a year with no incident, other than demanding that our friend get her paycheck it was which was owed to her. The local manager also refuses to give us the higher managers contact information. Higher management needs to know that a local manager with bad business policies can make or break a company.
