Taco Bell — Restaurant in Camden

If I could give this place less than one star I would. Do not go here if you have literally any other choice available to you. I just stopped here traveling through and ordered the Chalupa‘s for my friend, a cheese quesadilla for myself as I am a vegetarian and a chips and cheese. The chips were extremely stale, but that I can get past. My friend opened her Chalupa, and it literally looked like slop. It looked as though they had just thrown the sauce and onions on top of the Chalupa, and it was the most appetizing thing I’ve ever seen. I quickly went back in and asked for a refund because we were in a huge rush to get through but rush hour and had already spent 45 minutes waiting for our meal because apparently The staff couldn’t handle five customers. They refused to give me a refund and instead made me another Chalupa that looked almost equally as bad. You should really take some pride in your work, Erin because those were very sloppy. I took the new Chalupa‘s and left upset stating that I would be calling the next day to speak with a manager. All of this honestly, I can get past, but the worst part of it was my meal. I have been a vegetarian for over 12 years however today Taco Bell made me eat meat. I specified multiple times to the person taking my order, no meat, no meat and told him I was a vegetarian However they put chicken in my quesadilla and I didn’t see it until after I had already taken a bite. I am absolutely devastated about this, and I have been speaking to corporate regarding this situation. I hope to hear from one of the store managers soon at which point I might consider revising this review, but I am very unimpressed with the staff that we’re working there as they seem to just laugh at my issues And not care at all. Went through the drive through and ordered....the car in front of me pulled out of line and when I pulled up to the window the person just gave me my order. As I looked at the ticket I immediately said this wasn't my order. She proceeded to tell me, "You should have said something when I said Hi..". She never said hi or anything to me, just my total, then proceeded to roll her eyes at me and storm off. A fee minutes later, she gets another employee to come to the window, I guess to refund my money and charge me for my order...wrong!! They took my card back, did something on the computer and handed me my correct order, I guess. At this point, they handed me back my card, and I asked for my receipt...I never got one. And the one who initially took my order gave me dirty looks and her attitude was horrible. I asked if I could get my drink and even more attitude. I am kind of hesitant to eat the food just because of the way I was treated. This is a horrible way to treat someone and it wasn't my fault. Corporate will here from me because this is completely unacceptable.....don't waste your time or money on this place. The service was horrible, food was horrible, and they really make you feel like it's an effort to do anything for the customers. If I could give this place a negative star I would....buyer beware....and the other reviews below are very accurate...

This location is awful. I keep trying to go back and give it another shot but it gets worse every time. This time I was in a rush so I didn’t check my order until I went in but I drove up to the ordering thing at the drive through and sat there for 5 min before I just drove to the window because I said “hello?” A bunch of times in the speaker with no answer. There was nobody in front of me and they weren’t busy so I’m not sure what was going on. So I pull up and order 2 chipotle ranch grilled chicken burritos, an order of fries, a soda and the mini Crunchwrap sliders. They told me they don’t have the sliders anymore and at that point I didn’t have the menu in front of me and I had already wasted so much time I just told them to forget it. Then I pay and get my order, drive home, and the bag had a half full order of cold fries and 2 I guess beef tacos? Nobody in my family likes the beef tacos so we trashed everything including the cold fries. What a frustrating experience. I would post my receipt but they also never gave me...
