First to start off with my review, I would like to mention that the manager that me and my table dealt with was totally amazing and took care of us very well, and if I could do separate reviews, he would get a five star. The first incident that we had before our food even came out, was we realized that our waitress wasnāt paying much attention to our table and was really dull and overall just seemed annoyed to be there while speaking to us. I ordered an appetizer of chips and an appetizer of mozzarella sticks, and while we were waiting for them to come out, she paid barely any attention to our table and did not bring us straws for our drinks, so we waited another 10 minutes for straws, and then on top of that whilst our appetizers came out, we waited for the napkins that we asked for which she did not bring us. we waited there for about 15 minutes before she came back to our table to take our order and then we asked her for napkins again, which then she didnāt even bring out until our food came out. We finished our appetizers without napkins, and without her really checking on us. I was there with my boyfriend and my friend and I only ordered a side of mac & cheese while my boyfriend ordered a burger, he ordered his burger, medium, and it came out raw, not just rare, straight up raw. we let the server know when she walked past our table, and she just said that she would bring a manager over. She didnāt even look at the burger nor She didnāt pay any attention to it. when the manager came over, he dealt with us very well and was very nice about the whole situation had another burger remade for my boyfriend and comped it off of our bill. our server ran none of our food and paid barely any attention to our table, and a mentionable note she got sat another table halfway through our experience and they were in and out and had her full attention the entire time she seemed so uninterested in our table compared to theirs. I would also like to state that they were not busy at all. It was 2 PM on a Sunday. She had only these two tables. after eating, my friend needed a box for his food, and my boyfriend also needed a box for the remade burger, we just sat there talking, waiting for her to stop by and ask if we needed boxes, but she walked right past our table to her other table which she asked if they needed boxes we ended up asking the food runner who brought out the remade burger. I waited for her to stop by our table after we got our boxes to mention that I want to pay in cash and couldnāt use the kiosk on the table, but she never did. I ended up using the kiosk and paying in card, which was very annoying for me considering I only carry cash. after getting the burger comped off of our bill, the bill was significantly lower and I paid about 10% of the original bill price, which was very generous considering it was over 20% of what the bill was after. I honestly shouldnāt have tipped her at all. Her service was absolutely embarrassing coming from somebody who serves tables. If she mentioned her name, I wouldāve wrote it down in this review hoping that something comes of it. another mention right after coming home about an hour and a half after taking two bites of his burger that wasnāt cooked my boyfriend immediately got sick. to be quite honest, I never write reviews. This is the first review Iāve ever written that has been negative Iāve never had an experience quite like this one and no hate towards the manager or the management. He did absolutely nothing wrong and I appreciated his service. it at least made me feel a little bit better about our experience. whilst leaving our server, didnāt even say goodbye to us and only came by the kiosk to look at her tip on the bill. This was my first experience at any chilies and I will not be coming back to this location. I love the Chipotle bowl at Chilis, I have dinned in and completed online orders through 3rd parties for this bowl multiple times. I had a concern for safety for one of my most recent orders through Uber Eats. There was the concern regarding the delivery. As a result, I called Chilis to get clarification regarding how the orders are prepaired. I spoke with Autumn who is the kitchen manager at Chilis in Canton on Ford Rd. Autum reassured me, answered ALL of my questions and assessed each concern seriously and kindly. From having this meal previously numerous times and Autum's further clarification regarding the meals preparation, I knew the recent order concerns was no fault to Chilis. Minor concerns I mentioned regarding portion size, Autumn helped address as well.
I spoke with Autum regarding these concerns on Saturday 7/20/24. I later called in a order to pick up and had the pleasure of meeting Autum. She was wonderful and I can truly tell she not enjoys her job but truly cares for the customers along with her kitchen staff. I honestly could even tell that over the phone! Her professionalism and also being able to be personable, understanding, compassionate to others concerns and direct with addressing any questions or concerns is phenomenal!! I've worked in customer service fields before and love working with people myself and there aren't many like Autum who beam within their profession. She not only addressed the situation greatly but made me excitingly want to continue to be a customer, and I sure have remained a customer due to Autum! Prior to speaking with her, I almost questioned continuing to order at Chilis but she not only provided information and solutions, she took action and it shows. Go Autum!
Furthermore, I upon picking up my order on Saturday, I had the most amazing Chipotle Bowl, reminded me of the first time getting it š Following my communication with Autum, each of my orders have been awesome! Even when ordering online to have delivered for lunch at work, I have noticed the bags are tied and secured even more tightly than before, following my concern of a Uber deliver person tampering with my food. The care and courtesy has been shown all around. Autum illustrates a wonderful kitchen manager and even with the noticeable changes within my meals recently after our communication, I know she has a great staff that takes head to her instructions and leadership.
I honestly wish Autum the upmost best within her profession, I wish her a raise and please, following a promotion!!! She deserves it! I feel she deserves to oversee all the Chilis kitchen aspects in an increased manager position or a corporate side as I know she will manage it well.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreIt was a cool February Wednesday night and my wife and I had just finished spending too much money on groceries, mutually realizing that neither of us felt like taking home our purchases and cooking dinner. So we decided to hit up Chili's for a nice, casual night out. You know how it is, sometimes you just need to unwind and enjoy a good meal without breaking the bank or wearing your fancy pants.
So we get there, get seated, and our server Nick catches our eye. This guy is casually working the entire bar and restaurant dining areas, and I mean he had the chops of a veteran server. He had the perfect balance of keeping an eye on us while still giving us space to enjoy our time. It's like when you find that perfect thermostat setting that keeps your house comfortable no matter how the weather is outside.
I kicked things off with a Belle's Two Hearted Ale. My wife couldn't resist the Straw-Eddy Rita, which looked like the perfect summer drink, even in February. The evening was off to a great start! But, as fate would have it, the CO2 went out (of all things), and a second round of beer wasn't in the cards for me.
Nick, being the expert problem solver he is, suggested I try a Presidente Margarita. I was hesitant at first, but thought, "Why not?" If someone knows how to turn a bit of bad luck into an opportunity for something new and tasty, who am I to say no? It was as if Nick anticipated this situation and had a backup plan ready.
Turns out that the Presidente Margarita was a fantastic choiceāperfectly balanced, and you could tell it was made with care, and lots of tasty ingredients. It was like upgrading from your reliable old TV to a fancy new 4KHD oneāonce you've tasted this margarita, there's no going back to the old way, beer!
Now imagine the giddy feel of unwrapping a presentāthat was us with the Chili's Dip Trio. White Queso, Fresh Guacamole, Fresh Salsaāthe hearty and homey comfort of a Sunday potluck with friends, all on one platter.
Oh! Almost forgot to mention the main course. My wife gave a happy sigh as she tucked into her Crispy Chicken Crispers. Each bite was like slipping on a pair of your favorite fuzzy socksāpure, soothing comfort. And then there were my Chicken Fajitas, erupting with flavor like a well-orchestrated fireworks show. Every sizzle, every taste, felt like finding that $20 bill you forgot you had in your jeans pocket.
As the evening wrapped up, our high praise for Nickāour game-changer, our clutch playerāmade its way directly to Amber, the manager. Lauding Nick to the manager Amber was our "must-do" ending to the evening - akin to sharing with your friends that super-awesome movie you just watched.
Our Chilli's adventure? Simply put, it was like stumbling onto that perfect cup of coffee that brightens your morning. A dash of unexpected, a whole lot of comfort, and a surprise-personal-assistant-like server who made our day. And hey, who doesn't like an upgrade?
