As a loyal customer and fellow business owner, I believe it is essential to provide honest feedback to help improve the overall customer experience. Upon entering your restaurant, I was greeted with the usual warm and friendly atmosphere that I have come to expect from Jersey Mike's. However, my disappointment began when I ordered the #17 Cheesesteak and eagerly anticipated a delicious and satisfying meal. To my dismay, what I received for the exorbitant price of $16.00 was essentially a sandwich consisting mostly of bread. The proportion of bread to the fillings was disappointing compared to other jersey mikes Ive visited, leaving me with a lackluster and unsatisfying eating experience. The thinly sliced meat, that I have enjoyed in the past were barely noticeable, buried beneath an overwhelming amount of bread. As a business owner myself, I understand that mistakes can happen, and not every meal can be perfect. However, considering the price I paid for this subpar sandwich, I expected a higher level of quality and attention to detail. It is disheartening to see such a decline in the standards that I have come to associate with Jersey Mike's. I believe in providing constructive feedback, and I would like to suggest that you take immediate action to rectify this issue. It is imperative that you revisit the portion sizes and ensure that your sandwiches are adequately filled with the advertised ingredients. Customers should feel that they are receiving value for their money, and unfortunately, my recent experience fell far short of that expectation. Read moreThe quality and especially the service is going downhill. The crew tonight was inept at best, it took forever to make 3 sandwiches. The manager seemed frustrated and the two employees were not enjoying their night either. The manager put our order together and it was the sloppiest I had ever seen. I came very close to walking out after about 15 minutes of watching them try to take care of us. It was not terribly crowded, what would they do if they ever got crowded? Ok, I gave it a rest for a month, but decided to give it another try tonight. This time, I did leave due to HORRIBLE customer service. When I arrived there was only one customer and three people working behind the counter. I figured it would go well, but the woman who took my order was not friendly at all and seemed distracted. Over the course of the next 10 minutes, they had not even started my order and pretty much acted like I was not there. They apparently were having computer issues, but it would have been nice if they had let me know why they were not starting my order. When I asked if there was an issue, because I felt I was being ignored, she chose to argue with me stating that they did not ignore my, that she had given the other lady my ticket. The other lady then said, that until the computer issue was fixed she did not want to start making any food. So, maybe it is just my bad luck that whenever I go there the service sucks. The sandwich was going to be consumed the next day for lunch, and I didn't want soggy bread. Upon picking up my order, I noticed there weren't any condiments on the side. When I inquired if the condiments were added to the sandwich because I wanted them on the side, one of the employees stated they didn't know what that meant and proceeded to ask, what does that mean and what are condiments? I thought it was self-explanatory and clear. Then, after I explained it to them, the employee became dismissive and downright rude towards me. How do you work at a sandwich shop and don't know what condiments are or what it means to put them on the side????...
