We are actually heading to Moe's right now for the first time we have never ate there before but I have to say I called with a few questions because I had no knowledge of the restaurant and what kind of Eatery it was and when I called a gentleman named Josh answer the phone and I must say one of the most kindest with the best customer service gentlemen I have spoke to in a long time took the time to answer all my questions and was very nice and respectful every answer was with a yes ma'am or no ma'am and after we hung up I had one more question so I called back and he answered the phone and he was able to answer that question and he definitely deserves to be acknowledged for the type of employee he is as far as wanting to make a customer happy that has never been to his restaurant and also shows me that he's willing to make sure no matter what we are satisfied so we come back and are returning customers you don't get this often when you call places so I definitely want to make sure he's recognized so if you haven't ate at Moe's go to the one in Cape Coral on delprado ask for Josh and tell him Nicole with the veteran hubby sent you because he is Top Notch with customer service and making sure customers are happy I definitely will leave a review after we eat there but I've heard their food is amazing so I know we won't be...

Beef is too salty or overly seasoned. Chicken tends to always be super sahara dry. Sauces do not have much or any palatable flavors. Prices are higher for less quality of food. Lobby area is consistently dirty, tables not cleaned after patrons leave, soda area is sticky with lots of bugs flying around. Customer service seems pushy, bland and no more greetings. Portions are inconsistent and when you ask for more, they say upcharge, though the portions don't match, so I believe this is on purpose. Online ordering has never been met with a complete order, have always run into an issue or wrong order. All in all, this establishment forgot how to do proper business, or even bare minimum. Its as if they don't even care to try to be even mediocre, let alone they to be better then another place to eat. In conclusion, this place is descending into implosion. I won't go here, recommend not eat any good from this lack of excitement, inconsistent and ultimately mediocre and sub par place to eat.
