Sub-par food mixed with good service = ???

I ordered the Mushroom Swiss burger, medium rare, with fries. The burger was very bland, the meat didn't taste seasoned at all. It was also very greasy, very messy, and difficult to eat. As far as the cook goes, it was medium rare, so it was cooked right, it just didn't have very much flavor, and the whole thing seemed just flung together. The fried were also bland, nothing special.

Also, I ordered the Shrimp Tacos. Again, it wasn't horrible, but it just seemed like a bunch of ingredients stuck together, with no real blending of them together. These came with a side of rice, and the rice was very dry, brittle, and not very flavorful. Overall, the food was not flavored well at all.

Service was great, though not outstanding. Our server waited a little long for my taste to ask for refills, but never too the point I had to start wondering what she was doing. However, she was very friendly, and stayed local to our booth.

(The restaurant is new, so my judgment of its cleanliness may be skewed if you are reading this much later.) Everything was very clean, there was a modest crowd there, and yet I didn't see any tables sitting dirty waiting to be cleaned, they were taken care of quickly after each party left. Floors were clean, bathrooms were cleaned, and utentils, tableware, etc were all very clean.

The atmosphere was probably the most impressive feature here. I'm a larger guy, and the booths were extremely comfortable. Tables and booths were close, but didn't feel crammed, music and TV's at the bar provided noise, but didn't overpower the dining area, and the overall vibe was very relaxed.

Overall, if the food could be improved, this would definitely be a great place to meet with friends, have a family meal, or enjoy a casual date. But since the quality of the food is typically the primary factor in deciding where to dine for the evening, I'm afraid there are better options to...

We have been to this Chili’s location a few times now and have been disappointed every time. In person, they have a male waiter/manager/bartender who is very inattentive except to the lady workers. We’ve had him twice and the service was awful. Less talking around with other workers and more customer service, please. When we do pick up orders, the orders have been incorrect every time and VERY slow compared to the time they’ve said it would be ready. These instances have also been during slow times not busy times. Then it could at least be understandable. Today, we got a delivery order that took then over one hour to make and get to our poor delivery person who had to wait there. We can track the driver’s location so we know he came immediately here. Not his fault. The food however managed to be cold, soggy, and the portions were tiny. Example: 7 small pieces of the sausage I paid a lot for. I think we are done eating here. Definitely not worth the price. They are nothing like the Arnold location. Sad that we were so excited to get a Chili’s in our town to just be repeatedly...

To be honest, I’ve yet to eat at the restaurant. I have only Door Dashed from them, so I am only speaking on food quality.

I’ve ordered from here a number of times, and will say with confidence the order has not once been correct, or wasn’t cooked properly.

The attention to detail needs to be raised here, and the temp of the grill lowered. Every burger I’ve ever had from here has been burned, but still very pink in the middle.

EDIT - I went from three stars to two stars, because I finally took the time to go in and eat. The service is as poor as the food quality. I got a double burger and it was two McDonald’s patties. My girlfriend got a quesadilla. It was extremely small, and had very little ingredients to fill the tortilla. Our order was taken by one servers, drinks brought by another, and food brought by a third. Extremely disorganized systems in place...
