Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in Carlsbad

I wanted to place it lower. I love Carl’s Jr. But this spot has been by far the worst customer service. When I pulled up I got the usual greeting after I acknowledged the greeting the person did not respond I then asked for assistance and he repeated his greeting, no big deal. I pull up and pay this person is having a whole conversation with another employee about their manager. Super unprofessional. He hand me my order and I drive off. I get to work and since I’m allergic to Mayonnaise I always check to see if they left it out. Nope all my sandwiches had mayo. The bun was dry and not sure why Carl's seems intent on following others models( shredded lettuce and grilled onions after decades of fresh onions and leaf lettuce. Screams trying to compete with 5 guys or in and out) and simply improve upon your already excellent burger lineup and unique flavor niche. Besides, ever try and eat a burger in the car with shredded anything???? Major, major mess! And sorry, grilled onions is much more then the name implies and your just disappointing your customers who also sample in an out and they have perfected the art of grilled onions. Awful customer service! Came to eat inside. Waited for so long to try order some food and no one even even turned their face to me. On my polite question 'may i make an order' after such a long time waiting the lady didn't even apologize for having her back on me all this time and just said that they are busy with the drive thru. When I asked if I'll get back in the car and order a drive thru will it be at least possible to get an order - she just said that I'll still have to wait.
