Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Carlsbad

Went in for lunch today and was greeted by a girl named Tonya. I was giving my order when she interrupted and asked "For here or to go"? I responded by saying " to go" and then had to repeat my order. Meanwhile, Tonyas attention was on the register, I had a 20 dollar bill that I put on the counter. Tonya added up my order and gave me a total. She stood there looking at me unaware 20 was on the counter. After a second or two I pushed 20 towards her. She tendered the 20 and gathered the change. As I held out my hand she deliberately bypassed my hand and put my change on the counter with an attitude(I think she was upset or offended because I didn't hand her the 20) RUDE! Anyway, I then observed the next six customers where Tonya tendered their transactions the way she should have handled mine. The only reason I bring this up is because under her nametag it said "management". Poor management Tonya! You are in a customer service oriented business. Don't sweat the little things. Taco Bell should strive to better train...

This Taco Bell is very consistent, and I have usually had a good experience here.

I ordered the crispy taco supreme, burrito supreme, and the nacho fries.

The taco was made well. Shell was crunchy, with a good amount of meat filling, fresh shredded lettuce, sour cream, a good amount of shredded cheese, and diced tomatoes.

The burrito supreme has the same as the taco supreme, but add in beans and red sauce to it. I am only disappointed with the fact of how tiny it is. For almost $5 it's super small. I worked there years ago and the burrito supreme was just that... Supreme! It is now burrito stingy... The shrinkflation is definitely reflected here....

The nacho fries are absolutely amazing. Nice and crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The seasoning they put on it is tangy and has such a great flavor. Then, to add the nacho cheese sauce makes it amazing.

Great customer service from the drive-through cashier, who was friendly and attentive...

This is the worst Taco Bell ever! Everytime I come here the order is wrong! When asking for taco sauce, the lady claiming to be the manager tried to tell me that they are only allowed to give one sauce per taco! BULLSHIT! I have been going to Taco Bell for many years and sometimes enjoy their crunchy tacos. This time the lady claiming to be the manager(who is always in a bad mood and has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS) Went too far. The order was incorrect AGAIN! I had to drive all the way back to bring the order and she only wanted to replace the part of the order that was wrong. I told her with gas prices the way they are you should be refunding me for the entire order with complimentary food on my next order! She did not even give me her name. And by the way...the phone was busy for over 45 minutes so I could not even call ahead!...
