I will never go back here again. My significant other and I went here last night and we took our seats to see what we wanted to order. After I got up, I went to go place my order and the lady said we cannot order Chinese donuts for dine in (okay?) and I said okay then when I am leaving can I order and she was still apprehensive of telling me yes and never actually did say yes. And then she tells me we have to move tables and sit at the smaller ones because other families may want to sit there. Mind you there is nobody in the restaurant besides me and my girlfriend. It is completely empty. So I was like okay. Then we decided we were just going to leave when our food got made, but I should have just left from the jump before paying because it occurred to me they did not want us there. I work in food service so if your lobby is closing I understand that, but I read between the lines. I am not fluent in Chinese however I know they were talking badly about us two. Smh. However I did not come to cause commotion so we took our stuff and calmly left and they kept asking why we were leaving. Smh. This is just my experience and I have been going here for two years, smh. Never...
Read moreLee's recently moved into a new location right off the highway. While some of the tranquility is lost because of this Lee's continues to offer the best Chinese style food I've had yet. Prices have risen very slightly but I feel that for what you get the price is still a great deal.
I wish Lee's the best of luck in their new location.
After going to quite a few Chinese places across the state Lee's has some of the best fried rice I have ever eaten. I guess the addition of pieces of ham just give the rice a whole lot more flavor than other places I have been at.
Luckily rice is not the only good thing at Lee's all of their food has been delicious and they provide it in generous portions. The people running the joint are very friendly. Great food and nice people is well deserving of a generous tip.
Lee's also has something that a lot of people might appreciate. A quiet atmosphere. As a student at UWG Lee's is a favorite of mine not only for the good food but just for how quiet it can be inside. Definitely a great break from the noise and...
Read moreJust left and more disappointed than I have ever been with any restaurant. We ordered general tso chicken combo, that comes with fried rice, and an egg roll. We also ordered the sweet and sour shrimp, that does not come with anything, you must pay $1 extra for white rice which brings the total to $14.95, lastly we ordered 2 extra egg rolls, and 2 spring rolls. The general tso order was supposed to come with an egg roll- it did not. The chicken was overly sweet and hard as a rock, and fried rice was bland. The sweet and sour shrimp is not what you would expect. It was literally 11 pieces of shrimp the size between salad shrimp to extra small, and tempura battered. You cannot deep fry shrimp that small without chewing rubber later. So, instead of making a scene, we politely asked for a remake of the items, except replace the S&S shrimp for lo mein. Oh, absolutely not, they say. We will exchange for fried rice only! No refunds! So, here we are out of $30, and no food. The rudeness and unwillingness to keep returning customers has caused them to lose a...
