Tropical Joe's Smoothies — Restaurant in Carrollton

I went on a Saturday 1st about 6 o'clock, I was taking my boys to get us a nice healthy smoothie & myself a wheat grass shot! Of course my oldest has begged me to try one since the last time we went.... so I caved & said he could. He was excited! Well we went inside and.... there were 2 girls there working this day. I first ordered a 1 and 2 ounce shot of wheat grass. Then I was informed that they were already sold out for the day and she had already put the machine up. I then asked so you don't have any wheat grass or you just don't want to get the machine to squeeze it? The other girl said she has just put the machine up already for the day. So I told my boys let's go and told the girls "thanks, we wouldn't want to disturb you so we will take our business elsewhere." And we did. We went all the way to Douglasville. Which I understand is owned by th same owner but at least they weren't to "busy" to make US some wheat grass! I was very upset! The fact that there were still several hours until they closed and they were not willing to do there job and make US some wheat grass!? POOR...

This place has good smoothies I have been a long time customer here and addicted to the MoJoe. However yesterday I came and was given a counterfeit bill for change by the cashier (I did not know it was counterfeit at the time) returned to the store today to make a purchase with the same change they gave me yesterday and was told they couldn’t accept it because it was counterfeit. I was irritated because why would you give me counterfeit change out of your cash register! I ended up leaving them with the counterfeit bill they gave me (because I’m not walking around with counterfeit money!) and paying with the other cash I had. Please check the change they give you! Wow where do I start? Kona Ice nor Tropical Smoothie Cafe would never! You guys at Tropical Joe's came to Central Middle school to serve the students smoothies and did not have any accommodations for a child who has milk and peanut allergies. He sat there having to watch all of his school mates enjoy their smoothies, but he was told you all ran out of every flavor he could have, which is weird! So ugly and inconsiderate.
