If there were a 0 it would be easy row went to the drive-thru at 9 Saturday 2 p.m. they close at 10 p.m. ordered two for peace chicken strip dinners he informed me they were out of Zaxby sauce I said that's fine the ranch will be fine and we're out of ranch sauce to we're also out of a honey mustard sauce so I thought to myself well I can go to the store and buy me some ranch because I love their chicken so I ordered two of them what would you like to drink I said sweet tea oh we're out of sweet tea I said really what are y'all doing open I see you're out of everything I said do I get a discount for having to do without basically everything I ordered except the chicken she said no so I said forget the order I'll just never here again and I will never ever go to the Carrollton location again there's no reason they should have been out of every one of those sauces sweet tea was probably pull it out because they closed in 30 minutes and she seemed happy that they were out of those and I didn't order the first bad experience I've ever had with Zaxby's but it was a bad one so I will be taking it up with the main office tomorrow.. Folks you think Zaxby's are happy to see you coming I promise you they aren't. by the time I sit in line order I was told they had none of what I ordered and then had to go somewhere else everything was closed so I had no dinner Sunday night thanks to Zaxby's in...
Read moreI’ve had this Zaxby’s less than 10 times in a year. Only 1 of those times was my order correct, hot, fresh and quick. That was when I went as soon as they opened. Other times I have done mobile orders, for others to pick up and brought to me to find stuff is missing or incorrect. They’ve even lost / not received my mobile order and took an hour to make it. I’ve called Zaxby’s CS thru the app several times to be told there is nothing they can do because it isn’t apart of the franchise this one is locally owned and operated. They always escalate my complaint to the owner or manager and I have NEVER heard back from anyone. Which is terrible local CS. You would think something locally owned and operated would have better service. WRONG. I’ve even visited this location in July to find it was 100+ degrees inside so we opted to eat outside, then told the fans were decorations and not operable and the AC inside was broken and only blowing heat. The manager apologized for the experience. And was told they were basically being forced to work in those conditions. I also made a complaint to the Zaxby’s CS in hopes they could reach someone to do something for those employees. The WORST Zaxby’s I’ve...
Read moreThis location has fallen far from when it first opened. Used to be a clean, well oiled machine with excellent customer service. Now, something is always wrong. Cold food, missing food, leaking sauce cups, rude college and high school students (there are a handful who are absolutely wonderful, and I hope they find a better work environment), no tea, tea that has been sitting out too long, busted soda machine, and the salads... they've given up on the salads. The past 3 times I've been I got The House, The Blue, and then The Cobb. And each time my salad was made up of: Grilled Chicken, a tiny sprinkle of blue cheese, tomatoes, one or two cucumber slices, crispy shoestring onions, and maybe one piece of toast, but never two. That's it. Some of those salads call for cheddar cheese, carrots, or a boiled egg. The portion sizes have also gone down, yet the prices have gone up. Oh, and the last time I went inside the floor was so sticky that people were losing their shoes as they walked.
If you need your Zaxby's fix go to 1195 Bankhead Hwy. This location isn't improving. It's sad that most restaurants near the high school and university are almost guaranteed to be a...
