Denny's — Restaurant in Carson

Food is okay just like any other Denny's but different nationalities better beware. I've been to this Denny's several times and felted, well you know. One example,one of their hostesses tried to tell me my card wouldn't work after she tried it for the first time and I told her can she please try it again it works. She yelled out it's declined do you have another card are cash maybe you don't have enough money in here. I finally got her to do it again as I was not going to move because I knew my financial situation was not as she was making it appear And you guessed it it went through And she didn't even apologize for assuming or making me feel less than isn't that something. She probably was waiting for me to get belligerent but instead I just politely tipped her anyway and as I walked away she says OH'.. thank you because apparently she didn't expect me to leave her a tip. This was very recent. One time they weren't even busy my son and I went in on my birthday and we waited 40+ minutes before anyone came to the table and they still didn't even leave us water or take our order. The more I'm remembering all these incidents I think I need to stop going to this location this is not the spot for African Americans. Hope this...

This Denny’s used to be my go-to for years. As with many things in life, the good doesn’t last forever. I ordered breakfast for curbside pickup at 7:00am. I parked in the designated pickup spot with a clear view inside to see the pickup orders. I noticed food was placed there just 10 minutes after. Not knowing it was mine, I continued waiting. Another 10 minutes go by and the food is still on the counter. I go inside to ask if my order is ready and it turns out to be the food that was on the counter. I asked the employee why nobody brought the food out if it’s a curbside order. She told me I should have called the restaurant to bring it out: “Everybody calls to bring it outside”. I ordered through the app which asked for my car details and it was a CURBSIDE pickup. Why have a curbside option if you’re not actually willing to bring the food out? Not to mention the eggs were flavorless and cold, and the sausage was dry and overcooked. The pancakes were okay....

If I could give negatives I absolutely would anais “shift supervisor” VERY VERY RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE you work in customer service learn to service your customers. I say im allergic to tomatoes I get my food and there’s tomatoes (completely not her fault yes I understand this) but to them take my plate and roll your eyes because my order was wrong is bad customer service on her end and not only that but to try and put a gratuity on our receipt after your service was poor is pure disrespectful. She was overall HORRIBLE DIDNT COME TO THE TABLE DIDNT ASK HOW EVERYTHING WAS AND ITS SAID BECAUSE WE ARE REGULAR CUSTOMERS AND I MEVER SEEN HER BEFORE SO TO HAVE SUCH A NASTY AND RUDE ATTITUDE WAS NOT FAIR TO ME OR MY FAMILY SMH SMH SMH THUMBS DOWN ALL THE WAY FROM ME AND I MAY NOT EVEN EAT THERE...
