Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Casa Grande

I order 2 New York cheese cakes and a crunch cookie i asked for a refund and the young lady who helped me asked another young lady for help the young lady asked what’s wrong with it i said i wanted a refund due to it tasting bad she said there’s nothing wrong with it and i said I didn’t like it and explained how i never been to this location due to me being a regular at the one next to the freeway and their ice cream never tastes like this location and the young lady said with an ugly tone and said well you ate it and i said well i wanted a refund for the 2 that are to the top and i was just so bother due to being in management &understanding how we should treat our customers and make them feel heard and welcomed &I just felt like I wasn’t heard out and how could i have known it taste bad to me if I didn’t taste it like we have to taste it to know if its good or not i just don’t understand how it was such a problem that i had to be treated with the tone of voice to get a refund for something i paid for i would understand if it was all gone than i asked for refund than i would understand the frustration no manager was on shift but a team leader/supervisor helped me for the first 2 refunds than i had to explain myself again for the refund for the 3rd ice cream after i asked for a copy of my receipt and manager number than i felt like they wanted to hear me out …. i just didn’t like the service I received...

I pulled into the drive thru at 9:50. I tried ordering a burger and shake, and the person took a very long time to say that the kitchen was closed. I can understand that and don't mind too much, but when I pulled up to the window, I was greeted by a girl who was extremely distracted by her male coworker, had her hair down, and was pretty rude. The thing that really grosses me out was when I saw the person making my shake accidentally slightly overfill the cup, and then take his open hand and scoop out the extra to put a lid on. He literally saw me, see him shove his hand in my shake. It was a Male employee in maybe his early 20's. There was a different female employee with shorter hair who was helping him make the shake and saw the whole thing, did not care at all. The size was wrong, so they had to make a new shake but I did not even drink it when I got home, I was so grossed out by how I saw them handle food. This place needs to be looked at for how they're training their employees for food handling and safety. If that's what's happening in the front, I don't wanna know what they do in the back.

I sent an email to their corporate office as listed on the receipt and haven't heard back since 10/25. I cannot stress this enough, this place is gross and nasty and the staff will stick their hands in your ice cream and shakes so best to just not go here and support the local ice cream...

Well we stopped here on a very hot day we had no AC in our car we were hungry and just sick from the heat we used the drive thru I was on the passenger side loudly giving my order the young lady at the window became irritated and demanded that I go to the window and that is why they will not take orders from the passenger but yet she heard me tell her that I was not done looking at the menu and she heard my friends order that I gave her so we proceeded to the window where I gave my order she immediately gave is our shakes and asked us to move forward and wait WITH NO SHADE I ordered chicken strips we moved up where we could still have some shade and enough where the car behind us could still order she ran out the the restaurant to make herself clear that she told us to pull forward with such authority and attitude I told her that we needed the shade we were not in anyone's way and she said I dont care I TOLD you to pull forward I will more than likely never come hear again I'll drive all the way to the freeway it'd be worth it So if you come here through the drive thru make sure that your AC is working and that your driver is not a veteran whos hearing has not been affected by the war because they will not take your order . And if they demand that you wait out where there is no shade be much obliged because they WILL make you wait longer in the hot ARIZONA sun on...
