In the most respectful manner I can possibly give. This experience was not very nice. I never complain on businesses, I hate doing that because I know how hard customer service can be but in this case it was a whole lot of preventable stuff that happened. When I came in I ordered a sandwich that was easy to make. No problem, the guy was very helpful only thing he did was close up my sandwich before I was done asking for salt and pepper. That’s fine, no big deal. While I was there I noticed there weren’t any baked chips. I asked if they had any and the lady said “Idk why we haven’t been ordering those.” I blew it off. Fine I won’t have any chips today. No big deal. I saw that there was one chocolate chip cookie. I asked for it and the gentleman gave it to me. I went to fill up my cup with some tea and the machine was covered in nats. I had to swat them away from my food while I was carrying it to my table. I Eat my sandwich. Tasted great. I go to eat my cookie, and I couldn’t even sink my teeth into it. They gave me a stale cookie. Could have been longer than a day old. I really was craving a subway cookie and went up to the front and asked if I could get another chocolate chip cookie since mine was given to me old. She runs around for a second. I don’t know what she’s doing. Then I ask, are you making anymore? She said no not right now. I said that’s okay. May I have a pretzel instead. Fully prepared to pay for it and she’s like THATS.69 and thats 3$... so I just said ohhh because I didn’t know what else to say and then she says I can refund it for you. Which I appreciated the offer but it’s not always about the money. It’s .69 it doesn’t really matter to me. I don’t want to cause any trouble of change it’s not worth it. Another Walmart employee said she didn’t know where he was. Then customer service was not a priority nor was listening to what we ordered. I ordered a salad and said no lettuce extra spinach, he put lettuce on it, I said no lettuce again and he picked it out and put it back in the lettuce container. He dropped a piece of meat on the counter and put it back in the meat container, put a scoop of tuna on my husband’s sandwich and my husband reminded him he wanted his bread toasted so he took the scoop off and put it back in the container. Told me he could not cut up my vegetables for my salad plus he only put about 15 spinach leaves in my salad . Maybe I’m just spoiled to other locations that have always done this for me.
