McDonald's — Restaurant in Cave City

They bent over backwards last night and made sure that I was was able to pay for what I ordered on my phone! I really wish I could have paid more attention and got their names! They deserve recognition for going above and beyond what they get paid for everyday!

I went to McDonald's this morning and I picked curbside because the drive thru was really busy. I ordered the sau as age burrito meal. Well when I received my meall I just took a big bite out of my hashbrown and it it was hot hot! And delicious! The hottest meal I've ever got from any McDonald's! The employee who brought my meal to me was so sweet I asked her what a frappe was and she Told me exactly everything about it so I used my reward points to try the Oreo and it was very good! Her name was Chrissy and when she brought my meal she knew I was going to order it. Then she waited on my order and I hadn't finished ordering it she came back to me and I fixed the problem got my order in and she had it back to me quick! Who ever was cooking this morning had it going on!

I've been a McDonald's kid my whole life! Always was where I wanted to eat! Birthday parties and all! You had my meal perfect and whoever you are you deserve a raise or bonus! I was at the cave City KY McDonald's this morning around...

Came back to edit my review. I did have a 5 star review from months ago. I've been coming to the McDonald's in cave City every day and always get along with the staff very well. Today at the window they forgot my coke and I was able to remind them before I left the window and they already had it made and gave it to me with no issue. I left the drive through and parked so I could check my bag to make sure everything was inside, everything was but the 2 hash browns so I sent my husband in and the girl up front called him a liar and said she remembered putting them in the bag. He told her it must have been the wrong bag because it's not in there, he took the whole bag back in to show them. She literally threw the hash browns in the bag and treated us like we were petty thieves. That one worker ruined it for us and we won't be back to that location. It sux because we were regulars and had a routine, I get a smoothie for me and my husband every day. We won't go back till that worker has been fired or quit. We are not liars or thieves and refuse to be treated as if we are... Also I ordered a large strawberry banana smoothie and was given a small/medium in a large cup, smh. The manager is the one that brought it out to me so...

I was traveling from Alabama to Indiana when I dropped into a McDonald's for a break. Not much of a lover if fast foods but I do love the French fries. After cleaning up and returned to my car to leave, I kept thinking about their fries, trying to resist. As I drove around the building to the exit I kept turning to the left and ended up in the drive thru ordering a medium fry, double cheeseburger. At the drive-thru window a lady handed me a bag containing my food. I opened up the bag to check the contents and to see if my fries were" Hot ". THEY WERE HOT, LIGHTLY SALTED AND GOOD" the lady at the window asked" mam, is there a problem ?, Me: No, with a mouth full of fries.
