This location used to be a weekly favorite for our family and friends. Sadly it has continued to drop lower and lower on the quality scale. On our standard visits, we would usually go for drinks and appetizers. Bartenders there are for the most part attentive and pleasant. The drinks are normally on point and appetizers are standard when they are in stock. But this past visit became the reason we will not be going back. Arriving to the location and being seated was probably the highlight of the experience. Greeting us after about 10 mins of waiting was a sour attitude from our waitress who did not seem to be interested in any form of hospitality. Unfortunately, per the kitchen staff member who was apparently running interference for the manager and speaking to us using his imagined and far fetched intelligence as well as his figmented authority, our waitress of 5 years employment with the company was having a "bad day". Drinks and appetizers for the family were easy and a bit slower to deliver than preferred, but ok. When our dinner order was being taken, it was rushed through requiring repetitive clarification and caused frustration and concern. Another round of drinks for dinner were ordered from the bar. After taking the order, our food was delivered about 30 mins later. Once we had the food placed, our server was MIA entirely. Plates and napkins needed. Nothing. Through the meal not only two of the meals had issues beyond control or ability pick around, but three. After all was agreed to skip and go to the desert round of cookies and ice cream, our oh so not enthusiastic waitress appears trying to scoop up plates and asking if boxes were needed. Attempting to order a final round for drinks and cookies for the table, we were informed that they would not serve another drink because the bar was closed. Interestingly, the question of when that happened came up. There was a response of that there was an announcement made and it was our lack of request in a reasonable timeframe causing it. Mind you, there has never been announcements of last call ever before this moment on another day we have visited nor that evening. It wasn't even acknowledged that there was no visit to check on the table in the time prior to inform or allow for such request. To seal the deal, it was confirmed by the waitress at the time that they had closed the kitchen, meaning not a single desert could be ordered or produced. Once again she had disappeared. During the wait it was decided to speak with management. Not to gain a discount or anything from the business, but to inform of the issues and raise awareness of the broken processes. The gentleman described before from the kitchen staff was approached to possibly help to identify the manager on duty for the evening. This is when this person attempted to exhurt his described behaviors. This was inclusive of his attempts to diminish all concerns and push back on us for our attempt to communicate. It wasn't until after the almost 10 minutes of borderline belittling and excuses including argumentative statements that management was pointed out. The information was not warmly received from our perspective but it was received. Final statement - don't go. Just keep driving forward. The food is subpar if not potentially poisonous at times; staff is that of a 2 star buffet with health notices on the door. My party and myself went here for my birthday. We sat there for over 10-15min, no greeting no sorry for the wait or anything just to get our drink order. The waitress was slow and had a bad attitude. Our food was mediocre warm, never even came by to ask if we want refills. Other people in her area were also upset by her. We paid and went and sat at the bar to test a theory cause the bartender seemed faster. Without missing a beat as soon as we sat down she greeted us and asked our drink order and what we would like. We got our drink order within 3min and our desert came out within 6min or so. She even kept coming by to make sure we were fine and such. Compared to the other waitress, we maybe saw her 3 times. Once to get our drink order way late, once as she looked around and lastly to give our check. It wasn't like we had a big party it was just my gf and myself..we were polite and such so it wasn't us. Amazing how we have a small order and it was terrible but a bar tender can bring out our food and drinks fast. With the bar tender our desert was hot, unlike the waitress order we had. This is purely unacceptable in an establishment such as this. Never in all the times we went here have we had such terrible experience. Only reason for the stars is because of the bar tender taking care of us in a timely fashion. If the waitress came by when she saw us as like we did when we walked in, we would have gotten more drinks, apps for happy hr ect. But she took her time for it could be way past happy hr so we passed on all of that. She saw us sitting at the bar and she rolled her eyes at us in disgust because we choose not to have her as our server anymore. Others on the area were even saying where is she we need to go, tired of sitting here and this food is cold. Seems like she was off goofing off and let the food sit back there, cause the plates weren't warm unlike when we got the desert from the bartender. We watched her as we sat at the bar she even took her time just standing around and playing with her phone. She didnt have a pinpad like other waiters and such just a pen and paper so we knew it wasn't the pin pad they carry around. We also noticed her keep touching her face and eyes in public before she picked up drinks and such. She never brought any of our food, it was other waiters/waitresses that were bringing her area, unlike other sections where they brought out their own section. If we knew we were gonna get a waitress like her tonight we would have never went. When we told the bartender our experience tonight I still had my org drink which was sprite/starry from when we sat down from over an hr. She was like was this water I said you would think that, but no it's watered down from the ice, its actually starry or sprite, i was afraid she wouldn't come to refill our drinks which she didn't. She even was shocked at that cause you could tell. My gf had sweet tea and the glass was empty never refilled..the only time the waitress asked if we waited drinks to take with us is when we got our check. Like seriously you ask us after we pay if we want...

We arrived and requested a table and the manager, who looked fairly overwhelmed despite the restaurant have 6 seated tables. Took our name and said it would be just a few minutes while they prepared the table. So we stepped outside. 2 additonall couples walked in and were seated immediately without reservations. 3 to 4 mins go by and we check on our table and the hostess who wasn't there when the manager took our request said we would have to wait 45mins. So we continued to wait outside. More people showed up and kept getting seated right away. Finally a group of 10 showed up "walkin" not "reservation"; we asked, got seated right away. Our group was 11 inckuding a small child.. I received my notification that our tables was ready and checked with the hostess who said we still had to wait and come back when we received a message.. I showed the same hostess from before the message and she sighed heavily and then said they will have to clear some tables because they just sat the group that walked in in front of us. Service was very poor. They seated us but split our party and claimed it was "state law". Texas went 100% full open. It was the restaurant's "policy" not the state. Once seated we waited 20 minutes to have our drink order taken and then waited 15 min to have them bring the drinks. Once we got the first round of tea and water no fancy drinks or mixed drinks, we didn't see the waiter again for 40min. The group that got seated next to us had 1 less person than our group had their meal and finished before were were able to order our meal. After ordering, it was another 45mins until we got our meals and some came 10mins before other so everyone was eating at different time and other had to wait until everyone was done before they got their meal. Our drinks remained empty after the 1st refill until part way through the staggered arrival of meals.
