I know with an hour to go before close things can be sketchy anywhere you go, but at Jason's Deli the big draw is their salad bar. I went over to look at it before I went to the front and saw all the lettuce & spinach was low. My wife was at the cashier explaining what I was doing & I was greeted with attitude by the cashier saying everything was there. She didn't say she would take care of it until after I ordered and paid. Then after I picked up my salad plate, the same caahier aftet she stocked the lettuce was over at the salad bar in front of me and took the last pieces of (gross looking) cucumber for her own salad and never filled it back up. They were also out of tomatoes (except for a gross few sitting in yucky water- really no tomatoes or cucumber at a salad bar place?) & the nut mix was pretty much gone. Cashier didn't even seem interested that I was standing by her taking picturea of the items on the bar. (See three public pictures I posted) Several other things sure could have maintained for that last hour, but no one seemed interested. Read moreOrdered catering online for a business lunch. 1) Website impossible to manuver. Very user unfriendly and confusing, and I do this as part of my job every day on many different sites. I was sent a correct confirmation for my order, I checked it carefully 2) Day before lunch, after business hours they sent an email stating my order was getting cancelled. 3) In a panic I tried to reach them - the phone number on the main website is an auto insurance office. 4) when I called another number given it was the corporate office, who had no idea how to help or advise me 5) After finally reaching them, they said everything was fine, lunch would be on time, etc. 6) We then got another email stating lunch would be cancelled.. 7) Called for THIRD TIME; they had the wrong order after having sent me the correct confirmation a week before, on the day I actually ordered it. Can't wait to see what shows up today. If it shows up. We will never be sending our hundreds of dollars of catering per month...

The first cashiers was rude & made me wait due to the fact that she was bagging up an online order, I felt that she put aside the fact that customers come first no matter what one is doing. Then the general manager (Lane)(something along those letters) decides to ask me, “Are you waiting on an order?” So I respond, “she already helped me.” referring to the cashier. So he wants to have the audacity to say again, “have you been helped?” So he want to start arguing with me saying I’m the one with the attitude. Both of them just start arguing with me and it’s not fair because us customers are the ones that put up the net gross sales, and the net sales, and the pay checks of every single one of those employees.
