I have had a couple experiences at this location, but after my experience today I decided it is time to leave a review. I had gone through the drive thru for a mobile order I had, and the code was not working so they asked me to come inside. When I came inside the code still did not work, so I showed them my order receipt. They saw the code on my phone screen, so it was proof that I did order it from the app and the code was correct. The receipt from the app was even more proof yet they told me multiple times "I don't know what I can do for you". They wanted me to reorder my food to get a new code, but I told them I was already charged for it so I would be charged again if I did that. I then went on to show them that it charged me since they were telling me it shouldn't have, and they continued to leave the counter and come back during all of this about 5 or 6 times. I was standing in there for about 45min until they told me they can give give me my food for free this one time since they didn't know what was wrong with the system. (but I had already been charged so it was not free).
First of all, I had all of the proof that I could give them to show that I paid for it already, but they continued to try and find my order in the system for 45minutes. In my opinion, this is unacceptable. As a customer, it is not my fault that the mobile order did not go through correctly, so when I give proof of payment and receipts I should be given the food I paid for. I should never have to wait 45minutes in the store when I have proof of payment.
Second of all, the employees were not very kind to me, and have not been during previous visits too. I have seen a lack of enthusiasm and respect towards customers, and for being paid almost $20 an hour, I expect better.
Yes, I know this is a fast food restaurant, but for any restaurant the customer should be treated fairly. After having multiple bad experiences, I wanted to leave a review and hopefully if it improves then I can...
Read moreSo I went through the drive thru and placed two separate orders. When I pulled up to the window I paid for the first order but accidentally forgot to pay for the second. I was about to put the car is reverse but noticed a line of cars behind me. So I just assumed to pay for the 2nd meal at the 2nd window, no big deal right? Wrong. The cashier from the first window (Christopher) who I believe to be a manger walked over to the second window to tell me “ pull around and wait in line to pay for the second meal” . I asked “could I just pay for it now, it was a mistake” and he said “ no” while walking away. His attitude towards me made it seem like I was trying to steal from him. Then I try to hand my debit card to a woman named Tanya and she said “no you have to pull around I’m busy” I asked for the managers name, she ignored me, she would not tell me her name or the managers name. She kept saying “move, move, move “. I said “no I’m not pulling around to wait in line I already ordered please take my card”. She blantaly ignores me and walks away, while I’m holding my card out the window. I can hear her talking bad about me in Spanish to her coworkers. I was literally begging them to take my money. It seemed like they wanted to teach me a lesson or something. I have no idea why I was treated like a criminal but this will be the last time I “beg” them to take my money. On the brighter side a nice young guy (I did not catch his name) working asked me what the problem was, I told him the situation, he said “no problem I’ll take the card” he took payment and handed me my food, all with in 2 mins. Christopher and Tanya should not work in hospitality. Period. They could learn a lot from the young guy probably right out of...
Read moreCozy, nice seating, very clean friendly staff has easy listening music playing which offsets the noise of people chattering and gives you a sense of privacy to your conversation as it makes it harder for others to overhear. My only recommendation would be charging plugs or tables by the tables as seen in other McDonald's. Not all the tables need them, Imo, but would be nice for a few, one or two for groups that enjoy that as the parents can see and interact with the kids with the technology being at the table, yet should be able to see and teach kids not at the dinner table and make them wait until they are done eating... Although they might rush through eating so it is hard to say weather or not it would be better just by the kids area. Overall not a bad visit I went there early in the morning and groggy to get some breakfast and lady who took my order seemed very pleasant despite my morning grogginess, I have a large coffee for just a dollar good value, now so I am more alert and ready to go about my day, they even offered me more coffee very nice place to visit. Breaks the stereotype of fast food place a little bit. Good job, :), only other recommendation would be to have the cream and sugar out by the front counter versus hiding it, lol, unless it just was not out yet. Would be cool if McDonald's had apps that could reward kids with a small cookie or treat vis completing some math or science app quiz, could have a login and everything to track to show support for...
