I am a huge fan of Starbucks in general, I like the consistency of the taste of their drinks and the fast service. But I have been meaning to review this particular Starbucks for a few months. It is Amazing!! The staff is wonderful, and the manager is so good. Most of my praise for this Starbucks comes from word of mouth as I have told all my friends and family with kids about this place already!
A few months ago I had only been to this Starbucks a hand full of times, (wasn’t on my normal route). But my youngest kids started daycare down the street and me and my 5 yr old were on our way to pick them up when I went through the drive through. They were doing an event for kids of painting pumpkins for fall. We decided to go in and they had a huge table of craft supply’s and foam pumpkins for kids to paint. My son Loved it!! The manager is who put it on and she mentioned she wanted to do one for Christmas ornaments too. My son had me ask when the date was every time we went through the drive thru and when they finally had a date set we put it on the calendar.
The Christmas event was just a few weeks ago and it was even better. They had about 5 different ornament ideas with the craft supplies to make each. The manager also brought out samples of their new hot cocoas for all the kids and parents. We both had so much fun and have some new homemade ornaments for our tree!! It really is so neat what she does. Gives this Starbucks a huge edge over the...
Read moreOh Hailey to be young, ignorant and rude. Thanks for not acknowledging me and standing far away from the drive thru window talking about being over people and especially over Jonathan… instead of greeting your customers then and then to get my order incorrect? I simply asked for 2 cookies to be warmed up and paid almost $7 and they threw the cookies in a bag and I drove 2 miles down the road before realizing I had to turn around and go back and get what I asked for, since you were to busy to focus on getting my order correct the first time around and then to tell your peers I threw the cookies at you? Haha I have short arms and tossed them so they would land on the counter outside the store, and you gave me a dirty look and argued with me about Starbucks policy is not to take them out of the plastic. Then after you warmed them up you stood there with them in your hands and pointed and laughed at one of your peers having a great time meanwhile I’m waiting for my cookies so I just drove off…enjoy the cookies because it was a poor customer experience, perhaps some hospitality and customer service trainings would be helpful for Hailey. Then her manager said oh she treated you this way because “ you threw the cookies at her” like no, don’t make excuses and lies for her immaturity and ignorance & poor customer...
Read moreI ordered a 1/2 decaf English Toffee Latte. They didn’t have English toffee syrup. So they decided to make me an English breakfast tea latte with toffee syrup…?? I asked how they made it half caffeinated, and the response was, “ I added toffee syrup”. The only similarity between the drink I ordered, and the one I received was that they used milk, there was toffee syrup, and the word English is in the name. She offered to make me a drink, but at that point, she was visibly upset because I asked for what I ordered and you don’t want a drink from a person you have offended. I hope that in the future, if you don’t know how to make the drink someone ordered that you would just ask them what they mean instead of creating some thing that they didn’t want and serve it to them, expecting them to be happy with it. As a former partner at Starbucks I was pretty shocked at the lack of knowledge of coffee in general. I usually leave pretty good reviews because I am appreciative of the service and understand that type of work . This was pretty...
