With being My first time there, the manager there would’ve been fired on the spot. My daughter placed an order asked me to go pick it up. I walked in there and told them I was picking up an order. She asked me if I checked in on an app and I said no, I’m picking up an order that my daughter placed, and that I didn’t have an app, Instead of showing me how to do it or explaining how it was done, she give me the biggest attitude, Beside the music being so loud and The choice of music that was being played being absolutely absurd, . You couldn’t hear a word. I asked a gentleman what she said to me as she rudely walked away, because I didn’t wanna embarrass her in front of her other customers! He was very nice, he said She was getting my order ready, she finally came over to me and she said does this look good and I said it looks fine to me, but I have no idea what was ordered. She Close the box walked away and left me standing there didn’t tell me if my order was complete, Didn’t say a word! My friends and i had ordered a 6 pack of 1 of each flavors, they showed us the cookies before closing the box, that first purchase was great. After i went back in separately and ordered my own 6 pack, when he gave me the cookie he didn't show me the box which i thought was odd since she has showed everyone else their cookies. I open my box and i have 5 cookies, i politely said hey sir im missing one of my cookies, he says oh im sorry ill get it for you. He comes back with the flavor i already had not the one i was missing, i said i already have that one im missing blank (cant remember the name). He says im sorry we ran out, i said so you weren't going to tell me? They weee just ripping me off at this point. I said can i pay the difference for one of the cookies in the pan? He than called over the manager who told me it was a up charge and he couldn't the system wouldn't allow him to which i thought was weird. He also said there was a pol where they had to seal all boxes which none of the boxes we got were sealed, THEN my friend ordered 3 cookies 2 chocolate chip and one of the ones they ran out of. The chilled cookies were better than the warm cookies. The warm chocolate chip, snicker doodle, and salted caramel chip had fluffy and doughy/ mushy texture was heavy and seemed it needed to be baked for maybe 2 more minutes (I prefer chewy cookies- definitely not crunchy- these seemed underbaked). The cold cookies we have tried were a neopolitan- that was the best, had a great strawberry icing on a vanilla cookie that had a cold chocolate layer! The other chilled cookie was a cheesecake one that was pretty good too. They only make small cookies for catering which is a shame- I bet they turn out better- we gave it a try 3 times to see whether we had bad luck the 1st time with the doughy warm ones.... also they are expensive, but large, $5 per...
