Pat's Pizza & Bistro Concord Pike — Restaurant in Chadds Ford Township

I've been ordering from 4 different Pat's locations for over 20 years. Sadly, I am unable to continue as a valued customer. In just the last year alone, I've had more incorrect orders delivered than correct ones. I've spoken to the Concord Pike location many, many times regarding the lack of care when either reading & preparing my online order, or when I physically call the order in, as well as all of the incorrect ways our orders end up being made.

Unfortunately, it seems no amount of complaints rectifies the continuing errors. Whomever owns the franchise for Concord Pike needs to make some serious changes when they begin losing long-term customers like my family.

We have ordered several times for delivery and they forgot the side sauces, but we let it go and dealt with it. Well this time we ordered and we're told 45 mins, but they took 1 hour and 15 mins to deliver. I called the place and they act like they don't care and said " well they are out for deliver with other food too for other people". Horrible customer service and seem to not care about inconvenience for people. I guess places don't care about customer service anymore. And once again side sauces were missing!!!! When planning my daughter’s birthday party I wanted something different! If you’re looking unique, gourmet sandwiches, then Pat’s is the way to go! I went into the restaurant and the staff helped me pick out the sandwiches I wanted helped me figure out how much food I needed. They were so helpful and great to work with! We ordered the “Gourmet Sandwiches”, which was an assortment of 5 different types of sandwiches on focaccia bread. My party guests devoured them! They came with homemade kettle chips with the most delicious seasoning! We will be using Pats again for our future parties!...
