It’s a catch 22 for me to write this review bc there are some people that work here that go above and beyond and are the sweetest souls but my frustration towards one particular employee is what made me write this not so great review. I come to this Starbucks every morning. On the weekends there is this one particular young girl with glasses and long black hair in a ponytail that does not speak a word to me. I thought maybe she doesn’t know English it she’s shy(therefore most likely shouldn’t be at the window working customer service) however no it’s just her attitude and ignorance that makes her not speak. I tested the theory one morning by being super kind and nice saying “good morning “ or “how are you today?” She just stared at me and did not speak..at all. Not only does she not speak and straight ignore you when you speak to her bit her overall attitude and the way she blatantly turns her back towards you all while waiting for your drink is what really gets me. Super awkward super uncomfortable. As someone who’s worked for over 25 years in customer service I will never understand. Please get a new person at the window, she really ruins my mood every time I see her...
Read moreI ordered a drink- an iced peach green tea with 2 pumps sweetener. There were two people at the register one training the other. She told her to ring it in as a mango refresher with green tea it actually saves the customer money. I kindly said no it’s usually less, I don’t want a refresher- it’s iced green tea. So I thought it was fixed. When I went to pick it up at the counter it was pink with dragonfruit pieces in it, again I said I’m sorry that’s not what I ordered, it’s usually light tan. She said well then you have to say with no inclusions if you want the mango without pieces in it. Re-made it and it was still not correct. The drink they made and charged me for costs more, and is atleast twice the calories. I threw it out, $6 and a drink wasted. I will stick to only ordering from the app and at Starbucks...
Read moreI am a regular customer of Starbuck from so many year. I usually start my day with starbucks.This is my another time to visit this location, as ususal went for my morning coffee (No whip Moca), the coffee did not taste anything close to my usual coffee. The color, taste, temperature etc was not even close to the usual Moca. I had to throw my coffee - that was enough to start a bad day. It reminded me my last experience at the same place. I was visiting wilmington last year 2013 land did made few trips to the same place, it was the same pathetic experience. The staff was the same person, nothing i believe had changed. For few days, i was hesitant to visit other starbucks. I would suggest, don't waste your money at this...
