Would not recommend I was on way to airport so decided I'd get some healthy food before heading to airport since price inflation is ridiculous at sky harbor .I walk in also needing to use the restroom. So I go was somewhat greeted when I came in but didn't seem really genuine. I headed to bathroom and it was locked. I then went back to the guy up front with glasses and asked if there was a key he had and he stated someone was in it... no big deal but needed to use the bathroom Asap. Then he stated it was for customers only and I needed to buy something now prior to using the bathroom! I was appalled I had never heard such a racist remark I had asked why are the people in Phoenix that way I had advised him I am a customer but needed the bathroom asap. Then another worker leaves the bathroom and I didn't hear him wash his hands water or air dry not sure if it had disposable towels but I know for sure I did not hear a flush either..I had told the other worker that's rude of him to tell someone .he stated it's policy to remark this to people.when another employee came out he made sure the door shut without even asking if I obviously needed to use the bathroom .I go to it and it's locked. I go back again and tell them this the other other moron says the same thing it's not open for people only customers. I tell him as well I am a customer and I need to use use bathroom asap.he told me then buy something ..I was then aggravated and told him I have more money then you do ..he stated back to me I doubt it your walking around with a suitcase...well obviously heading to the airport this is necessary but he didn't Even ask he just assumed...I then wanted to challenge him but he got scared and was telling me to leave as I remarked I wouldn't do business with rude people like them .I then left..these kids should be fired and I am making a report to corporate .I make 150k a year and out on business little did he know I'm highly respected and to confuse me and mark me as someone I'm not is simply rude and something needs to be done about these individuals time...
Read moreI called in an order over the phone, a young gal answered and said that she couldn't do order over the phones, so i said so I cant order my sub over the phone? She asked me to hold and a man answered and said they typically refer people to online orders. I told him I would order online but i didn't know what the sub of the day was, that is the reason I wanted to order over the phone. I was going to get the sub of the day which was turkey and I changed it to tuna ( I knew their would be a price difference). I gave him my condiments I wanted on my sub and he said it would be ready in 3 min awesome right. Well I get there and they made a foot long and he said that my order wouldn't be the 6 inch price that it would be the foot long price. i told him that I am not paying for a foot long because I want a 6 inch. He told me he couldn't do that. I told him that it is not my error I was ordering the sub of the day and switched it to tuna how did it become a foot long, plus I was never asked what size. He told me that he could give me the foot long for...and I cut him off and said no sir I want a six inch, so i just drove off so upset because of the back and forth going on. Read moreThis review is for the 24 hour Subway located at 611 North Arizona Avenue in Chandler Arizona 85225. If I could give a zero I would! I work graveyard so I went to lunch. I get to the drive up and the person asked "Do you realize it's 9:40"? I wanted to give the person a chance 2 be professional so I said "Excuse me, what did you say?". The guy replied "What's so special about a sub at 9:40 at night?". I said "Not a thing" and I left. This person needs to be fired on the spot. And if they are not fired, then the manager should be fired on the spot. I have never heard such a careless attitude about serving customers. It's none of his business what so special about the product that he supposed to be selling. It's his job to sell it. This is such a 180 degree turn from the service that I normally get about a mile or two up the road at that Subway. The people in that store are always very nice. But this particular Subway I will never go to again and everyone I work with on nights will know never to go to the store. I guess 24 hour service doesn't mean anything to...
