Chex Grill & Wings — Restaurant in Charlotte

1st time visiting. A Friday night at rush hour. This place was super immaculate!!! It looked like it was opening day or something. It was “THAT” clean. The drink station & condiment area was spotless! I mean SPOTLESS. The floor was clean, every single table was spotless. The condiments were neatly filled and in order. No “gooey” stuff anywhere!!!!!! The place was booming with customers & the “to go orders” that were on the shelf was packed!!!! My order came in less than 5 minutes, for real. I ordered a wing combo order. It was HOT! Presentation was spot on. The fries were hot, crisp and no grease residue. Holy COW! I know it’s just take out wings but my order was so perfect that it was almost unbelievable!!!! Kudos to every staff person there. This restaurant is near a College and it topped any HIGH end place I’ve been to since Covid started. Usually places near the College scene are kinda dumpy. This place is not that!

I complimented the young girl that was cleaning feverishly and I told her the place looked soooooo clean. I asked for the Manager so I could tell him/her what a great job she was doing & that I thought the place was SPOTLESS! He/she was on vacation . Anyway, Rare….rare….these days; you don’t find a place this clean, FAST & very good all at the same time. I appreciated it & will bring my family there soon! My food was equally as delicious. Thanks for the extra Mile put forth by the folks...

My entire household really loves their lemonade, especially the kids, so along with the food we often buy several bottles. It used to be great at first, but the last few times it's been so watered down it's ended up being a complete waste of money. And in this day and age no one has time or money to be wasting gas to drive back for a refund. Everyone is feeling the pinch nowadays, both businesses and consumers. But don't try to cut corners and leave the customers at a disadvantage. We work too hard for our money to pay four bucks for a half gallon bottle of lemonade (not even a full gallon) only to get all the way home and it tastes like water with just a hint of lemon flavoring. The same way they'd be upset if their suppliers starting selling them lesser quality foods and containers, then stop short changing your loyal customers who are keeping your business afloat by still patronizing you in these hard economic times when we could instead be choosing to keep our money...

I just wanted to give this location praise for how the staff handled the football crowd. This place was filled with customers right before the Super bowl started. Customers was frustrated because of the crowd and the wait, but the staff here handled things without breaking a sweat. You would have thought it was chaos, but they was calling names for orders non stop, the staff was patient, they didn't show any signs of frustration, and they continued to take orders despite things being the way it was. Not one customer cancelled their order while I was there. The Strawberry Hot wings I ordered was made exactly how they always are which showed even the kitchen staff wasn't letting the pressure of the amount of orders hinder them on putting out quality food. I have seen other restaurants with a quarter of the crowd they had almost shutdown because they couldn't figure it out. The crew that was there Super bowl night deserve every penny they...
