Ordered on 11/3 through the app a pasta with no mushrooms and a cheese pizza around 3pm. Order was delivered and we opened the pasta first to find it had mushrooms. We have a mushroom allergy in the house so we called to let them know we couldn’t eat it. I was told we’d get a credit for the next order. We opened the pizza about 30 minutes later to find it had pepperoni. I am a vegetarian so that wasn’t edible either. I called the store back and told them the pizza was also wrong and was told I’d get a credit for that as well. Today 11/17 I called the store to re-order based on the credit and was told I only had a credit for the pasta. I spoke to two different people on 11/3 and the second person never credited the pizza despite saying they would. The store will not honor the credit. I’ve been on hold now for 30 minutes trying to get ahold of a store manager to explain the entire order was wrong and I was told I’d be credited back both items since they were inedible and no one is answering and the “manager is out sick” so I have to keep waiting on the phone. All I was told by a store employee is that only the pasta is in the system so “I don’t know what to tell you.” No reason the entire order should be made incorrectly at 3pm in the first place but the lack of accommodation for their mistake is ridiculous. Read moreFirst order a week ago items were missing 2 liter soda and Buffalo sauce was missing to new Buffalo mac and cheese driver went back and brought the soda but not the missing sauce for the new signature dish. Today ordered a med pizza and bread bites. Pizza is burnt and bread bites are like little flat discs. Tried calling store held for 21 min before I got a answer from Stephanie a driver. She relayed the message to the Manager whom said I would have to come pick it up, unfortunately I'm not driving and in a shelter and can't leave. I can't feed my children tonight I was told place another order he is swamped and he has other orders to make and wont send a driver back with new order because food has to be counted for, he did the quality check himself and it was ok. I would have sent this back with the driver Pics prove otherwise food quality. Sucks the app wants to give me points but that doesn't help feed my children tonight. As of now been on hold literally 48 min and counting while posting this review. Such a shame but Dominoes cares...lol worked all day on my birthday just wanted to feed my children no way to cook I depended on dominoes. Guess we don't eat tonight........never again but please believe I will return this food I don't care if it's 3 weeks from now......

She was checking the sauces as we had quite a few and he said “they’re all there” 3 sauces I PAID for were not there. I even had her take cash on top of the 20% I left on my card to give him. Gladly she didn’t tip him more after the encounter. The pizza was very poorly cut. One slice was the size you’d feed a newborn and the other slices weren’t completely cut through. None on the entire pizza were completely cut. I also ordered the jalapeño, bacon, cheesy bread. Only two slice of jalapeño were on the bread and only two minuscular pieces of bacon were on the opposite side of the bread. I ate first thought I got the wrong order then realized how poorly the dish was after wondering it nuermous times from other locations. In total spent $48 and I will never order from this location ever again. The only reason it gets two stars Is the garlic Parm wings were good, however, there were numerous wings with bones broken while trying to eat. Hardly a sign of good quality of control. I go for bat for dominos but seriously the pasty couple times I’ve ordered the food is seriously not worth the entire experience which is sad Bc they have produced very quality food...
