Five Guys — Restaurant in Charlotte

This was the worst experience I have had with five guys in a long time. Number. One, they take way too long for a DoorDash grub hub or uber eats order. It took me 15 minutes to get to the store for a third party online order.And yet when I got here the order was still not ready. I had Wait. Tenwait ten to fifteen minutes for them to cook French fries. This store does not care about timeliness. Furthermore , the manager who was a lightskin black lady us horrible. There is no. Empathy for their slowness. The attitude that they give is that they cook their fries fresh. Yet what is the point in making someone wait twenty minutes for fresh french When they are on their lunch break? I will not be using five guys again. They have no sense of urgency and no matter what time of day you come in Whether it's slow or busy you can expect a nasty attitude and a slow wait. It's not...

Zero napkins in my bag. No receipt. Burger was not cooked well done (pink tint in the middle zero char on either side of my two patties.) Fries were more soggy then firm. I think the reason for my food being so poor was ordering at thirty minutes from close. Only good part was it seemed clean and the guy who took my order and the guy who answered my call was a nice guy. Was going to do the whole ill take your name thing but I work on the road for a living I'm not really interested in a replacement if its not company wide.15 dollars was a complete waste. So I decided to try something different which I ended up choosing here and when I first walked in I was greeted and everything was good. I ordered two sandwiches and the guy at the register did not ask me how many Patty’s I wanted he just charged me for two, I did not realize it until after.
