Subway — Restaurant in Charlotte

Worst subway I have ever been to. They screwed up the sauce and re-used the bread and part of the veggies that had the incorrect sauce to start with. When they replaced the over roasted chicken, they tried to not roast it until I asked for it, and even tried to toast the bread for the second time until I had to tell them to not do it since it will burn the bread. And the lady who was doing all this looked at me as if I did something wrong!

I have been here many times over the years since this is one of the few quick bite restaurants near to my work. The staff who work here always show attitude and lack customer service. I also have to agree with many other reviewers who have said that they are very stingy in offering basic veggies.

I am sure the place is still open and gets business only because of the offices nearby. Else, they would have closed LONG ago.

This has to be the worst restaurant in charlotte, if not NC. #1, the people barely speak english, so my order was screwed up to start with. #2 they charged me twice as much as i normally pay for the same thing. #3 after a simple question, they workers then ridiculed me in front of other patrons and embarrassed me to the point where other patrons questioned what i was asking about. Will NEVER visit another subway because of this. Absolute stupidity on the part of the owner, and the people working there.....On top of this....I was a regular at the store, and the people knew me and knew what i ordered regularly.....unbelievable ignorant people running this shop. NEVER again.....there are multiple great restaurants steps away that love to have my business now...and .always confirm my order as part of the process, and now know me by name because of the frequency...

Subway just keeps getting worse and worse in general…and specifically this one on West Trade Street. I ordered a small cheesesteak sandwich. The amount of “meat” and cheese was insulting. I honestly can’t believe Subway continues to get away with outing ONE slice of meat in a sandwich. The “meat” was very tough and stringy. To pay $7.79 for this sandwich with a comically tiny amount of meat/cheese is just infuriating. Oh and the chocolate chip cookie that I thought might at least salvage my lunch …was STALE. AND the sweet tea was empty. At 12:15 pm - height of lunch hour. I mean, seriously?? Like I said, Subway has been a notoriously terrible place for years now. But this location is truly a joke. The only reason I even went there is because there is SO little to chose from in this West Trade Street (Charlotte) location where I work. Truly a food...
