Ordered a tofu Mexican salad at 4:23pm & waited around 25 minutes for my order, the staff apologized for the wait & was friendly. I drove home 45 minutes to open up the to-go order & it’s a Mediterranean salad with olives & onions & noodles. The 2 dressings were for the Mexican salad. This is disappointing but not by any means a big deal so I called the store around 6:45pm to see what could be done. When you try to call Noodles & Co it first routes you to a call center where people answer the phone by asking weird questions like “Hi is this Anne?” or “Hi please confirm your number ends in 8108.” It took 3 call attempts to get someone to route me to the store location I ordered at (JMK university) because the call center reps just want a name & phone # & for you to place an order. Wild. Finally got through to the store & literally as the phone call connects/is answered an employee says “UH, SOMEBODY CALLING TO COMPLAIN.” Honestly, as embarrassing as this is hearing that almost made me cry. I had nice convos with the employees when I placed my order, we were complimenting each other & laughing/complaining about pollen & allergy season… the last thing I was calling to do was make anyone feel bad or be unnecessary. I just wanted the meal I paid for & to discuss options, which the manager explained is to come back sometime & she’ll make a note to remake my order, which is great & appreciated. But like… you guys DID get the entire type of salad wrong from Mexican to Mediterranean after an almost 30 minute wait - it just sucks that making orders correctly & trying to get through to the store is immediately met with trash talk you know the customer can hear. I’ll probably reach out to corporate about refunding me or sending a gift card to another location because I don’t know if I’d even feel comfortable going...
Read moreDo NOT use DoorDash delivery - the drivers will STEAL your food and claim the delivery was made - hesitant support from Noodles and Company. We've a newborn at home and placed an order to have our food delivered. Twenty minutes past the delivery time, we received a notification that the driver listed the food as "delivered" but it was nowhere to be found at our doorstep. We called Noodles and Company and spoke with Devin who claimed she was the manager and "there wasn't anything she could do" because "they have to take the word of their drivers" and "people call in to report their food was not delivered when it had been" and refused twice to refund our money until I said I'd drive up there to speak with her personally. They said the DoorDash driver had spoken with us and personally handed the food to us(even though our delivery instructions said to put the items on our doorstep and no not knock or ring doorbell because we had a sleeping newborn). What kind of poor accountability practice is this?!?! She claimed to have issued a refund, so my wife and I decided to order from Moe's and I would pickup the order. The food was ready in 30 minutes, and I left to pick up the order. When I got back to my house, there was an OPEN BAG of our Noodles and Company order on our doorstep, and the contents inside had clearly been tampered with. I guess the driver decided they didn't want to finish the food they'd stolen and claimed to have delivered. And NO, we did NOT eat the tampered-with food. We have enjoyed Noodles and Company, but will never use the delivery system with them again, and definitely not...
Read moreSo it’s me again folks. That’s right, the Charlotte hood critic. I’m here for the first time. I’m ready to run it all down. First I ordered dine in. I tried the chicken noodle soup which wasn’t anything special. I also ordered a side salad. And by the picture you can see it’s so small that it needed to be put aside. No cucumber or tomatoes or onions. Just lettuce with some Parmesan cheese powder and croutons. The soup needed some surgery. And the chicken in the soup was too big. It needed to be cut better. It’s almost big enough to make a sandwich. I’ll try something else next time I’m around here. This was a 10 dollar snack and not a meal. Highly disappointed. The website shows it looking so good but it’s missing ingredients from the pic on the website. Go figure. Noodles were undercooked as well. Chicken is quite dry as well. Not likely to be a repeat customer. And not really anyone in here any way as customers, so this is a factor as well. I think the best items here was the fountain drink and the napkins. Major dissatisfaction. Not even dressing for the salad. I tried a barbecue balsamic sauce for the tiny salad. This was not filling at all. So...
