Subway — Restaurant in Charlotte

I wish I can give Big ZERO Stars, ordered online at 1 P.M. for to pick up at 3.10 P.M. when i went to.pick up Order was not ready lady named and told me that she is won my sandwiches. And I waited in the car for 17 minutes then went back again the same lady said still they are working on the sandwiches. Once again I have to wait for another 13 minutes to get my sandwiches. That lady said sorry for delay and come back on Friday give you free sandwiches then went back on Friday one of the employee said she is gone for the day, if she is not keeping her words she shouldn't say anything. Once again I ordered veggie sandwiches next day on 03-7-2024, went at the pick up counter one of the girl who was doing some thing at the register and dropped some money on the safe And all that time I was standing for 3 minutes with out asking me just left. After a minute one more lady came and said I should say something, what you mean do I have to beg for my sandwiches, No courtesy in first place first of all that 4 minutes waited, instead of greeting customer what they want , completely non sense and after that one more guy came out all of them all over me. Worst ever customer service...

To be honest I really used to like Subway's oven roasted chicken sandwich. However, the last time I order the sandwich I was given turkey instead of chicken and lettuce instead of spinach. I spoke with the manager who basically said we have new people, we can't hold them responsible because they're still learning. All we can do is remake your sandwich. No acknowledgment or mention of compensation for my time and gas. Then, I had to wait a long time for them to remake the sandwich. When I got home the second sandwich was much worse then the first. At least the first looked like it was edible. The second tasted like and looked like old bread had been used. I couldn't eat the bread portion of the sandwich because it was literally crumbling and peeling from what I assume was a failed attempt to extra toast the bread. As I said Subway has "extra toasted" bread before and the sandwich was good. I was tired and didn't call about the second sandwich. I really hate that they botched...

Was just at this location and the customer service is absolutely horrible. This is the 3rd time we go into this location and the same 2 females (one pregnant looking AA and another heavy AA) are there that dont want to serve customers after 930/10pm when the store closes at 12am with nasty attitudes, personalities and singing foul songs. Ordered 3 subs for 3 adults and because they had already "cleaned" the bigger tables told us we could only sit at the small individual size tables. I explained to them that we could not possibly fit 3 adults into the small tables and would be using a bigger table, the bigger female then said if we used the table we would have to put the chairs back up. What in the world?!?!? What type of customer service is that? Funny thing, its not the first time.

Please fire these heifers from this location if you want your business to prosper.
