If I knew what I know now... I would never have wasted my time or money. My fault for going Wednesday day before Thanksgiving (last min change of plans due to covid). I waited in line for over 2 hours. In that time frame the same chick came out to YELL at the customers in line to be prepared or else she would send use to the end of the line to wait all over again at least 3 times. All the other employees who came out were actually polite. Finally got to the front and got 2lbs individually pre packed and sealed. $28 later get home open the 1st pack and there's zero sugar crust on any of the slices call them and they say I can bring it back for an exchange or refund. Go back then when I tried to return manager clearly doesn't want to and offers me a chunk off the turkey they just sliced because according to them none of the by the pound prepackaged meat has the sugar crust they remove the crust before packing. I specifically called and asked about this detail twice and both times I was assured it did wth! Also not to mention come to find out its not uncured so it contains nitrates and their glaze has high fructose corn syrup all branding...

Had order to pick up between 1:10 pm and11:20. Waited in the pre order line. Waited about 40 minutes to pick up ham slices. Gave cahier my order details and she stated she didn't see them. Told me to come back in a couple hours . I explained here is my order number to no luck. Called the store for manager no luck. Waited in line again same lady rude sir I still don't see your order. Customer service today 9/6/18 was horrible. The manager made my sandwiches for my coworkers and I. When I looked inside the bag, I noticed that the paper the sandwiches was wrapped in were completely wet. He had wrapped the pickles in aluminum foil but all the juices from the pickles were all over the sandwiches and inside bag. I ordered 3 different type of sandwiches and none were marked which was which. The young man there was extremely helpful but the manager had absolutely no type of concern on the pickle juice all over my sandwiches or bag.
