Don’t let the 1 star fool you, it should really be a 0. Where do I begin... well I’ll start with the 25 minute wait in the drive thru line. Granted there were 2 cars in front of me so it was ok. I ordered a $5 fill up (which came out fine) and the highly advertised Smokey Mountain BBQ 3 piece tenders with kfc sauce on the side. Time passed, I got my order, but no kfc sauce. So I parked and my friend went inside to get it. After 10 minutes I was puzzled. I decided to take it upon myself to get the sauce so I walked in. There were about 7 people working 1 on drive thru 2 upfront and 4 in the back. After no acknowledgement, even while standing beside the cash register, a worker came from the gallows and I GOT THE SAUCE. I finally made it home, opened my Smokey Mountain BBQ tenders and to my surprise there was no BBQ sauce on the tenders, but somehow was all over my biscuit... ok so no biscuit... but then I start digging for my tater wedges... but there wasn’t a wedge to be dug... so not only did I pay the extra money for Smokey Mountain BBQ Tenders that came out plain, a biscuit unfit to eat, but now I have no side to eat it with . So like is The Colonel gonna give me a rain check on my potato wedges or what??? Moral of the story... GO TO...
Read moreThe drive thru team member was trying to give me extra crispy, which I DID NOT order. She got major bad attitude when I asked for original. She slammed the window closed in my face as I was talking to her. The cook then came to the window and said "Unc you are messing up my line" and he walked away without listening to me. I asked for a manager and the female clerk then said the manager was not there and closed the window on me again as I was talking. I did not move from the drive thru and then the manager finally came to the window and I told her that I did not order extra crispy chicken and I told her what happened. She stated that she would take care of it.
I was disrespected and treated unprofessionally and VERY RUDE. I will NEVER visit this store again, ever. Those employees need to be trained on the importance of customer service and they should not treat anyone the way the treated me and made me feel. All because of a mistake that YOUR employee made by trying to give me extra crispy chicken that I did not order. And why did the cook have to come to the window to put his two cents worth in?????? Read moreOur experience here was not great (12/31/18). Even though the staff was respectful, I did not get my whole order at one time. The excuse was that had to pertain to part of my order was from Taco Bell and the other part of it was from KFC. When i had received the other part of my order, my food was cold, plus the cinnamon twist only had cinnamon on only 3 twist from the whole package. The floor was so greasy my shoes kept on gliding across the floor every time I walked. I had to hold on to things as I walked across the floor. I almost fell at one point. One of the staff members said she was needing to mop the floor. It seemed as if It hadn't been moped in days. Worst experience at a KFC. I will not return there to eat again.
