No condiments. No soda machine is out of selected drink. No napkins. No customer service. This place is empty minus 2 customers. If I could give this place no stars, then I would. Very overpriced as well. 10 dollars for 2 pieces of chicken. I ended up ordering tacos instead. Very expensive and food was not even fresh. The staff obviously don’t care about their customers. So I don’t care to spend another cent here. Unfortunately to say this but in the hood, food service really sucks. I’ll be eating in an area where I get what I pay for with gratitude as a customer. This is by far the worst dine in experience that I ever had. I pray everyone sees this review before wasting hard earned money in this particular establishment. As far as myself, I will not be returning to support this place and I’m gonna express my feelings about this place to family as well as friends. Let’s see how long you stay in business. The more folks that know will not show support to places that don’t appreciate customers and their hard earned money with less than standard service.
So I did get the 3 piece chicken as well as I was hungry and also curious. I wanted to take pictures. So they only gave me a small spoon of potatoes and gravy. The wing I received bone is broken up. The 2 thighs are decent size. Potatoes are average. They gave me only a few packs of hot sauce. Oh well. I rest my case. Chicken tastes like it’s been sitting a while. Not fresh. But...
Read moreThis location is a Taco Bell/ KFC restaurant. When I pulled up I was alerted that if I wanted Taco Bell tacos, the only options were crunchy beef tacos! No cheese, no lettuce, no tomatoes, no sour cream (eye roll). I wanted a chalupa but settled for two ‘Plain Jane’ beef tacos. I thought I attempt to spice it up by getting the Dorito shells (keep in mind these shell and meat tacos cost me $4.98!). I made a quick decision to try my luck and order KFC as well since I couldn’t get an actual meal from Taco Bell. I settled for a two piece breast/wing combo with mashed potatoes and gravy.
Now for the good part (sarcasm). Upon opening my food at work, I found the two plain Jane tacos. Unfortunately, one was hot and one was cold. My chicken combo consisted of two decent sized pieces of chicken that were luke and not the freshest and mashed potatoes and gravy. There was no biscuit with the meal.
In the end, I paid $14.80 for a plain beef taco (tossed the cold one), 2 pieces of old, warm, undressed chicken, mashed potatoes n’ gravy and a drink. The Pepsi was good but none of it was worth the almost $15.00 I paid. I feel like I got ‘Punked’ (out of my money). I definitely didn’t get...
Read moreDon’t let the 1 star fool you, it should really -2 but ya know. Where do I begin... well I’ll start with the 25 minute wait in the drive thru line. Granted there was 2 cars in front of me so it was ok. I ordered a $5 fill up (which came out fine) and the highly advertised Smokey Mountain BBQ 3 piece tenders with kfc sauce on the side. Time passed, I got my order, but no kfc sauce. So I parked and my friend went inside to get it. After 10 minutes I was puzzled. I decided to take it upon myself to get the sauce so I walked in. There were about 7 people working 1 on drive thru 2 upfront and 4 in the back. After no acknowledgement, even while standing beside the cash register, a worker came from the gallows and I GOT THE SAUCE. I finally made it home, opened my Smokey Mountain BBQ tenders and to my surprise there was no BBQ sauce on the tenders, but somehow was all over my biscuit... ok so no biscuit... but then I start digging for my tater wedges... but there wasn’t a wedge to be dug... so not only did I pay the extra money for Smokey Mountain BBQ Tenders that came out plain, a biscuit unfit to eat, but now I have no side to eat it with . Moral of the story... GO TO...
