Is there any way to give zero stars? This one of the worst food experiences I've ever had and this is the worst one I've had at Zaxbys. Each customer that enters the establishment needs to be treated as though they've never been to this restaurant before. The employees here need to have some serious customer service training as well. The unprofessional behavior and bad attitudes is unacceptable. The two young girl's at the register have poor communication skills and terrible manners. The one that took my order spoke to me as though i was dumb, instead of explaining what i was confused about and what i asked a question about. I requested the food be made fresh. Then after i was attempting to pay, i asked her if she told the cooks to make it fresh because i didn't see her or hear her tell anyone to make them fresh. She looked me in my face and said yes. Any other restaurant as well as other Zaxby's locations i have been to, any time food is requested to be made to order, the cashier turns around and says out loud to the cooks to make the chicken and fries fresh. That never happened here. She never asked me a name for my order. I went and sat down. Minutes later i get up to check to see if my food was ready and they thought they had given my order to someone else. One of the employees said she called my order but she did not. Noone called out an order number, or called it by the description of the food. She couldn't have called it by name as other places do because they never asked a name for the order.

I get my food, and it appeared to be hot so i left.

Before entering the restaurant i noticed some people sitting near the dumbster in the back of the restaurant from afar. I thought these were homeless people. When i left and went back to my car after getting my order, i looked across the parking lot at the dumpster again to see that it was the employees from the restaurant sitting on the floor. The same people i thought were homeless people originally. This business has people who are sitting on the floor by a dumpster not washing their hands when re-entering the building and going straight behind the counter back to work handling people's food. This is disgusting.

While eating my food, i realized none of it was made to order as i requested and asked twice. While eating the food it also made me feel a bit nauseous. The fries tasted old and half cooked. The chicken tasted as though they've been sitting out for a long time. I will never be back to this location and it needs to be closed or new employees need to be hired because this is a terribly run location.

3/17/23, 1:48pm. I went to this Zaxby"s for the first and last time. When I arrived to the drive-thru window, I noticed the long hair sheding from the cashier. The lady supposedly checking the food had wild looking hair as well, both with no hair net, none of the staff had on gloves but handling food and drinks. I ordered a club and received a dried up sandwich with old chicken and sauce. Inside my ice cup was hair but this is what happens when you allow staff to wear lose hair with no hair net. All staff refused to give names so that's why I included date and time. A "manager/cook" came to the window, stating, that is how the club is supposed to look and the chicken is fresh. I have included the picture for your review. The cashier was refusing to give money back and being aggressive by slamming the drive through window. The staff looked dirty and were unprofessional by yelling at me to get out of drive through. They were a poor representation of Zaxbys with that street behavior. Poor customer service skills, appearance dirty and being aggressive, taking open food back to probably give to another customer. Hopefully, corporate will revamp this store. I stopped going to Zaxbys for years due to the price increase, and now they're hiring a low grade of staff and handing out old food! I will never return. Shut this location down. I have a video of the aggressive behavior. Document your encounter with this staff just in case the staff becomes physical as they clearly hire a low grade of staff. Hopefully, the health department will address the health code violations. I do not want anyone to get sick or harmed at this location....

I previously rated this Zaxby's a 4 star because it was exactly what you would expect from a Zaxby's. However, we recently went for the first time since COVID started and it was legitimately disgusting. Almost every table had food bits on it and the entire floor was sticky. It felt like it hadn't actually been cleaned in weeks.

Since Zaxby's had previously been one of my favorite places to eat I thought at least the food would be recognizable. The boneless wings were tough and the hot honey mustard sauce was mixed with what I assumed was barbecue. It was so terrible I only ate two wings and decided to eat a sandwich when I got home.

The first thing we saw when we got to the restaurant was two employees arguing outside because one was on the phone, presumably when they were not supposed to be on break. This employee specifically was rude, but none of the staff were particularly welcoming, it was obvious that the reason the place was so disgusting was because no one actually wanted to be there. By the end of the experience we didn't want to be there either and I can guarantee we will never go back. Save yourself the experience and get a gas station hot dog across the road.

The only redeeming quality was that my one year old ate the grilled cheese, but the high chair, like everything else, was pretty gross, so it wasn't great for...
