Would not recommend. I came to the restaurant during happy hour, ordered and was seated without a wait. Once seated I ordered a pina colada from the happy hour menu and Mexican Tacos ($13) which comes with three tacos and meats of your choosing. The table did not have hot sauce so I requested the house hot sauce which was brought out with my chips and salsa. It was about 2-3tbs worth of sauce. After I finished my food the server asked if I wanted another margarita which had me a bit confused. I asked for another colada when he then told me that they were out of coladas so he had initially brought me a margarita instead. I had never had a colada before so I didn’t realizeI was drinking a margarita and he had never told me of the switch. After getting my bill I was again surprised to see I was charged $17 for variety tacos and another $2 for the house hot sauce. When I asked about the charges I was told that the Mexican Tacos only come with one selected meat and selecting more makes it variety tacos. Ordering the hot sauce was extra, both of which I was not informed of when I ordered. I did not see this information listed anywhere on the menu either. I was then informed that I got a great deal on the margarita that is normally $11. That frustrated me because that is the reason I came in during happy hour, to try the place out and have a cheap meal. A 20% sticker shock on the bill is not something you should be surprising a customer with. There were only 4 other groups in the restaurant and the service was okay, so I would say to avoid this place if it is busy. Personally, the deceptive pricing and lack of communication is a reason I will not be coming here again. The food was great and the ambiance is nice, but there are other restaurants around here that are just as good and more transparent.

I just got back from a few days visiting Chattanooga and on night one this place came highly recommended by the hotel I was staying at so walked over for dinner. I almost instantly fell in love with the place before even seeing a menu. The decor, location, overall vibe, and everything about it was right up my alley. Grabbed a table and to my surprise there were birria tacos on the menu. They were nothing short of incredible and the Patron Margarita was the icing on the cake. The staff was super friendly. The few small groups in there eating at the same time seemed to be having a great time. This place was a win!!! The next day I learned that a scheduled dinner I was attending would be here again and I was thrilled. The birria tacos and Patron margarita was so good the night before I had the exact same again. As a group we went to their little side alley bar where you get to throw ice shot glasses at a bell. We had an incredible time over there and everyone was so friendly. I truly hope I get to visit Chattanooga some day again to at least get more tacos.

Went to this specific bar in a spur of the moment while on vacation in Tennessee. Ordered a taco, burrito, some rice, and beans. The food honestly wasn’t good. It was probably the saddest rendition of Mexican food. The flour tortilla for burrito tasted like it was old and soggy and the beef inside smelled really off. It also didn’t taste like beef, didn’t taste like anything I’ve ever had. The taco was pretty much one on the same. Flavoring was non existent and poor quality. I ordered The Pink Cadillac for my drink and it was surprisingly really good! It pretty much saved my night as all the ingredients and rations of alcohol to sweet and sour were completely on point. Kudos to the bartender to that one. The bartender was also really nice and quick. The place was pleasant all the same and not a bad place to get something quick and enjoy some nice scenery after walking around for a bit. Overall, I’d rate this eatery as a 5/10.

I really don’t write reviews very often but the service here was so bad from the minute we walked in I feel like I have to. I need to stress that when we were there the restaurant was hours from closing and was not busy. The worst part of the experience, to me, was at the end we discovered that there was an 18% auto-gratuity added to our bill. We were a party of two, I’ve literally never seen an auto-grat get added to a party that small before. This felt extremely judgmental, maybe even a little racially motivated which I REALLY didn’t appreciate, especially in the face of the treatment we received while there. When we walked in the door we almost got hit by a server who wouldn’t let us get through the door before trying to leave out the same door. When we got sat it took 15 minutes until the server came to the table and it was the same guy who ran into us as we were walking in. This server’s name was Oliver and he acted the entire time like he couldn’t be bothered to spend more than a minute at our table. Barely stopped at the table for our orders, when we tried to ask about the ring the bell challenge he wouldn’t explain it, just brought the shots and basically ran with them to the challenge area before we could even get up to follow. As people who have worked in the service industry we’re never rude to others who also work in the industry, and did nothing outside of the norm to be treated so poorly. At first I thought maybe he was just in the weeds and extra busy but most of the time when he wasn’t speeding as fast as possible to get away from us, he was just chilling at the bar with the other servers. The craziest thing is that no one else seemed to be getting this treatment, their servers were attentive, meanwhile Oliver couldn’t be bothered to refill our drinks. We were nothing but polite to this guy, and he was so rude to us! Oliver also wouldn’t even let me have a minute to sign the receipt before he was back basically trying to grab it out of my hands, it was too bizarre. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going here, the food was good but the service is way way off. Very...

The 3 stars were really for the drinks. They were great...then I received my bill and noticed they were rang up as full price even though 2 of the 3 were ordered during their 4-6pm Mon-Fri half price happy hour (we visited on a Monday). The food was meh. The shrimp and tilapia in my burrito were overly salty to the point of it being difficult to eat, and the tortilla was so soggy from the excessive amount of bland queso on the top I could not bear to eat it so I just opened it and ate the insides, which again were difficult to eat due to the saltiness. The chicken tacos, quesadilla, and flauta my husband got were pretty good but nothing to make a big deal about. The meals came with no rice and beans like at a traditional Mexican restaurant, so I thought for how much was paid for the food we definitely didnt get our money's worth. I left hungry, but I really didn't want any other meh food. Honestly the drinks at this place were the bomb...the Old Fashioned was amazing...but I was frustrated to be charged full price even though 2 of the 3 drinks we purchased were ordered before 6pm. We even mentioned it to the bartender when we ordered the first 2 drinks yet they were still rung up as full price. My husband didn't want to make it a big deal, so we paid the full bill, but left hungry and frustrated. We visit Chattanooga often but won't likely visit this restaurant again, unless we want great drinks on a weekend or after...
