My husband and I recently had the pleasure of dining at Eddie V Restaurant, and I must say it was an extraordinary experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm and friendly smiles from the staff, setting the tone for the entire evening. The day was our wedding anniversary❤! The ambiance of the restaurant is elegant and sophisticated, creating a perfect atmosphere for a special occasion or a romantic dinner. The dim lighting, tasteful décor, and comfortable seating all contributed to a relaxed and intimate dining experience. They also have a live jazz band. Adam Levin, Manager is an absolute delight to converse with. He shared the history of the restaurant while engaging in friendly conversation. His genuine and amiable personality made us feel truly valued, and his hospitality showed us a great deal of warmth. Our server, Emelia Davis, provided excellent food recommendations and her attention to detail was commendable. The service she provided us, made us feel so welcome and special. She brought out warm towels with fresh squeezed lemon for us to wipe our hands before our main entre arrived. Now let's talk about the food. The menu at Eddie V is a true masterpiece, featuring a wide variety of delectable seafood and steak options. We started the meal with the jumbo lump crab cake, OMG-the freshness and flavor were impeccable (no filler). For the main course, I had the mini filet sandwiches, stuff shrimp, and sautéed Monterrey style sweet corn-another OMG. My husband had the lobster tail-delicious, with a filet mignon-tender, and the Georges Bank Scallops-it was a revelation (so fresh, tasted like they just came out of the ocean). The accompanying sauces complemented it beautifully. Each bite was a burst of flavor that left us craving more. We also received a compliantly glass of champagne and order the strawberry mojito-the drink was awesome. To complete the evening, we indulged in their signature desserts. It was a heavenly treat that left us in pure bliss. The presentation of everything was top-notch, demonstrating the chef's attention to detail. The service at Eddie V’s Prime Seafood is exemplary. The wait staff is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely passionate about ensuring a memorable dining experience. They provided rose petals for our table and a card. Empty glasses were never left unfilled, and plates were promptly cleared. Overall, Eddie V’s Restaurant exceeded all our expectations. The impeccable service, elegant ambiance, and outstanding food make it a must-visit for any food enthusiast. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply looking to treat yourself, Eddie V’s is the place to go. I highly recommend it and can't wait to return for another memorable...
Read moreChristina our server, par excellence! She made the late afternoon dining experience a delight! We talked family, finance and the future. We made a new friend! We genuinely appreciate her attentiveness and concern for our satisfaction and after this visit let us tell you we think the world of her!
We happened to be shopping at the Cherry Hill Mall which was packed on a hot Sunday afternoon in July. This tells me, at least anecdotally that the economy is still booming. No place to park at Eddie V’s? No problem! Valet parking is totally complementary; just tip the guys. Hey, they even open the restaurant door for you!
We did make a reservation online which was quick and easy and immediately confirmed by the restaurant. And we were immediately seated albeit this was their slow season and it was just around the 4pm opening time (we are your quintessential boomers who eat dinner early now!)
Christina brought out the Italian bread and seasoned butter along with a Salmon nugget with Sriracha sauce on top to prepare our palette. On the house from the chef! (Thank you guy in the back on the line who doubles as the butcher! lol
As an appetizer we ordered the Calamari (pronounced Calamar in Sicily) with a delectable drizzle dripping on top. Very fresh and delicious.
Although it says Eddie V’s Seafood they have a variety of steaks to rival neighbor Capital Grille, Flemings and Estia Taverna. So we both ordered the 10 oz (huge) filet medium rare. And it was exquisite. Charred perfectly with an out of the world flavor.
As an enhancement we also ordered the jumbo stuffed Shrimp and shared the two. My wife raved about it. She said fantastic!
And our accompaniment was the grilled asparagus for “health” reasons. Delish!
But the coup de grace was Christina bringing out the scalloped au gratin cheese potatoes and when she said it was on her I couldn’t believe it! I immediately thought we were being treated like royalty here; the valet guys, the chef and Christina! It tells me Eddie V’s does not take you for granted, they genuinely want your attendance and they want you back! So I asked Christina when she works and she responded usually Fri Sat Sun Mon. And my name is in the system so when I make a reservation again if Christina is working we will get her again!
By the way, the ambience is luxurious and romantic! You OP’s out there will feel younger and frisky. Even without alcohol!
All in all it was memorable so we can’t wait...

This was my first time dining at Eddie V's in Cherry Hill. I fell in ❤️ with the V Lounge in KOP and now I'm caught up in an entanglement. (shhhh 🤫... That's just between us lol).
Eddie V's consistently knocks it out of the park! From your first contact, be it an online review of their website and making reservations, to entering the establishment and being greeted at the hostess stand, to the pleasantries exchanged from the staff member escorting you to your table, through to the expectation being set of who your server will be, followed by impeccable service from a team (if necessary) of absolutely wonderful and down to earth professionals who remain attentive yet never obtrusive. Simply magnificent!
I had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday with 3 friends that came in from out of town, and the next level personal treatment, on top of the amazing food, and the manager's thank you and extension of a warm welcome to us in the future was not taken for granted.
The atmosphere is always opulent. And on a summer evening when it was still close to 90 degrees, the cool interior temperature was exquisite.
Everything we chose was prepared to perfection. This was the first time 2 of my friends had dined at Eddie V's and they were very pleased.
